Levei um compressor para uma cotação de concerto no dia 06/06/17 e até hj 28/06/17 não me deram nenhuma resposta, já liguei mais de dez vezes é ninguém me dá resposta de nada, só diz que vão retornar e nunca tive retorno.
Vou buscar o compressor e levar em outro lugar que possa atender o cliente com mais respeito.
 The worst possible, terrible service !!!
I took a compressor for a concert quote on 06/06/17 and until today 06/28/17 they did not give me any answer, I have called more than ten times and no one gives me an answer, just says they will return and never I had a return.
I'll get the compressor and take it somewhere else that can serve the customer with more respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUITO MUITO MUITOOOO RUIM, empresa até de porte grande bem localizado mas com cultura e atitude de fundo de quintal, atendimento do balconista bem seco e parecia que estava fazendo favor, deixei a máquina pra fazer um orçamento e ninguém consegue passar...péssimo.
VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD, even a large company well located but with a backyard culture and attitude, very dry clerk service and it seemed like I was doing a favor, I left the machine to make a budget and nobody can pass ... terrible.

THEY TRIED TO SELL AND PUSH THE WRONG PIECE TO ME, KNOWING IT WOULD NOT FIT, THAT WILL BE A PROBLEM!! THEY NEED MORE TRAINING, FOCUSING ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, NOT PROFIT!

Great store but the service is terrible, very bad even what good is the store being good and the employees not knowing the basics about service I don't recommend it because of the bad service I had.
