Comprei meu sofá em outubro, recém casada, nos pediram o prazo de 35 dias pra entregar, até aí ok aceitamos esperar... Quando foi no 34 dia me ligaram falando que o sofá tinha chegado porém tinha vindo errado, compramos retrátil e reclinável e só veio retrátil... Uma confusão... Nos pediram mais 10 dias para a troca, ok aceitamos, o sofá chegou após esse prazo e adivinhem? Sim veio errado novamente, pedimos braço almofadado e não veio novamente. Pagamos 5.500 em um sofá pra ter dor de cabeça e trastorno.
Péssimo, não indico, não se iludam com propaganda de Instagram etc. Responsabilidade 0 comprometimento 0

I bought my sofa in October, just married, they asked us to deliver it within 35 days, ok until then, we agreed to wait... When it was the 34th day, they called me saying that the sofa had arrived but it had come wrong, we bought a retractable and reclining sofa and it only came retractable... A mess... We were asked another 10 days for the exchange, ok we accepted, the sofa arrived after this deadline and guess what? Yes it came wrong again, we asked for a padded arm and it did not come again. We paid 5,500 on a sofa to have a headache and an upheaval.
Terrible, I don't indicate, don't be fooled by Instagram advertising etc. Responsibility 0 commitment 0

Sobre o sofá, sem palavras, tem dias que não da vontade nem de ir pra cama de tão confortável que é, material muito bom, e bem resistente.
Recomendo a compra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive sérios problemas com a minha compra de sofá. Veio o modelo errado e tamanho também, solicitamos a troca e depois de 2 meses o sofá modelo correto chegou porém do tamanho menor que solicitamos.
Péssima experiencia, sem falar na rispidez de resposta ao acionar o reclame aqui. Não recomendo, pois apesar de lindo o sofá, não vale a pena todo estresse e o valor ser super alto em comparação a outras lojas.
I had serious problems with my sofa purchase. The wrong model and size came too, we asked for an exchange and after 2 months the correct model sofa arrived but in the smaller size we requested.
Bad experience, not to mention the harshness of response when filing the claim here. I don't recommend it, because although the sofa is beautiful, it's not worth all the stress and the price is super high compared to other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja deixo a desejar, quando comprei meu sofa vendedor informo que viria todo desmontado que não precisava se preocupar, minha maior preocupação era essa como sofa iria entrar, minha casa tem escada ja comprei sob medida por esse motivo, vendedor pode ficar tranqüila vai todo desmontado, ai sofa chega inteiro entregador tentando entrar de todo jeito tive que reclama situação desnecessária, devolvi tive que espera novamente prazo até que foi rápido! ai vendedor tinha prometido um brinde Puff ai perguntei vai ser na cor do sofá?? o mesmo sim igual sofa, ai no dia que me entregam o sofá vem sem o Puff pq diz que esqueceram ok, ai dia seguinte me entregam um Puff horrivel nada haver com a cor do sofá, mando msg no whats que ninguém resolve nada me manda ir na loja para ir reclamar com vendedor olha isso sinceramente pra que tem whats se não é pra resolver assuntos dos clientes???? Pessimo atendimento vc tem que ir na loja para resolverem algo que eles não cumpri engana cliente, ainda no whats me fala brinde vai qualquer cor, Hammm Como Se vendedor falo que viria igual sofa?? Brinde assim melhor não dar Pq brinde é para agradar cliente não deixa descontente eu desanimei meu sofá veio com umas mancha reclamei montador falo passa um pano com sabão neutro que sai Afff deixa pra la nem vou mais me irrita pq já vi que loja é complicado, não recomendo essa loja, deveria ter olhada as avaliações anteriores.

Terrible service you have to go to the store to solve something that they don't fulfill deceive the customer, still on whats tell me toast goes any color, hammm How if a salesman I say it would come just like a sofa?? Toast like this better not give because toast is to please customer doesn't make them displeased I got discouraged my sofa came with some stains complained assembler I speak pass a cloth with neutral soap that comes out Afff never mind I'm not even going to annoy me anymore because I've seen that store is complicated, I don't recommend this store, should have looked at the previous reviews.
