O gerente se recusou a aceitar o retorno de mercadoria que não me serve (o tamanho errado). Fortemente, ela disse que meu tamanho grande não estava disponível em estoque. Em seguida, recusou-se a reembolsar o dinheiro pago de acordo com o Código de Defesa do Consumidor Art. 18 (mostrado abaixo). Ela disse que eu deveria reclamar a PROCON ou o proprietário da loja em Petrópolis.
Esta foi uma horrível humilhação pública na frente dos meus amigos e flagrante desrespeito pela lei.
Não arrisque fazer compras aqui!
 Unfortunately, I was a victim of public humiliation today in this store.
The manager refused to accept the return of merchandise that doesn't fit me (the wrong size). Strongly, she said my large size was not available in stock. It then refused to refund the money paid in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code Art. 18 (shown below). She said I should complain to PROCON or the store owner in Petrópolis.
This was a horrible public humiliation in front of my friends and blatant disregard for the law.
Don't risk shopping here!
