★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa variedade , profissionais solícitos . Fui atendida pela moça da.area de patwork com paciência. Não dei 04 estrelas porque gosto de pesquisar preços de forma independente e as peças não tem preço. Tudo tem que perguntar a atendente...mas gostei da facilidade em dividir em 03 vezes.
 Good variety, helpful professionals. I was attended to by the girl from the patwork area with patience. I didn't give 04 stars because I like to research prices independently and the pieces are priceless. Everything has to ask the attendant ... but I liked the ease of sharing it in 03 times.

Tem tudo e muito mais do q se pode precisar para costurar, bordar, fazer artesanato...mas a pessoa q está no caixa, ao dar o troco, deve arredondar para baixo. no meu caso ela arredontou pra cima e nem me perguntou, por gentileza ou ética profissional, se eu concordava. E isso mesmo q sejam centavos! Afinal o dinheiro era meu e gosto de decidir o q faço com o meu dinheiro.
Excellent in terms of products and varieties. It has everything and more of q one may need to sew, embroider, make crafts ... but the person q is in the box, to give change, should round down. in my case it arredontou to up and did not even ask me, please or professional ethics, if I agreed. That's right q are cents! After all the money was mine and I like to decide q do with my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me programei para ir no Armarinho Izabel hoje, vi o horário de funcionamento, fui no fim da tarde pois diziam que fechava as 19h, quando cheguei lá as 18h estava fechado. Acho inadmissível falarem uma hora que fecha e na verdade não é aquela. Meu esforço foi em vão. Além disso os preços são um absurdo.
I scheduled to go to Armarinho Izabel today, I saw the opening hours, I went in the late afternoon because they said it closed at 7 pm, when I got there at 6 pm it was closed. I think it is unacceptable to speak of a time that closes and it is not actually that time. My effort was in vain. Furthermore, the prices are absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um perigo para artesãs porque entramos para comprar uma linha e saímos com 3 sacolas enormes. Adorei a variedade, o atendimento e achei o preço justo. Vou voltar com certeza. A foto não representa com veracidade o que disse mas estava muito encantada com tudo.
A danger for artisans because we went in to buy a line and left with 3 huge bags. I loved the variety, service and found the right price. I will be back for sure. The picture does not really represent what I said but I was delighted with everything.

TERRIBLE service, no one was willing to help me find the product (they didn't even respond to my good morning!) and in the end they gave me the wrong product, after having specified 5 times which fabric I was looking for. Sorry, it used to be good!
