★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar a película do celular, o atendente não colocou a capa de volta depois de testar as películas. Só percebi que o celular estava sem capa quando cheguei em casa. Quando voltei pra loja, no mesmo dia, pra buscar a capa um outro atendente disse que haviam jogado fora. Isso porque eu disse que voltaria na mesma semana pra saber se receberam a película que não tinham. No dia útil seguinte voltei pra reclamar e a atendente disse que era responsabilidade minha colocar a capa de volta. Não fui eu quem tirei, falta educação da equipe e senso pra dar uma resposta dessa. Nem ofereceu uma capa nova. Cobram $25 por uma capa que tem no camelô por $15. Detalhe que além de cobrar mais barato o camelô do lago do Machado é mais simpático.
I went to change the cell phone film, the attendant did not put the cover back on after testing the films. I only realized that the cell phone was without a case when I got home. When I went back to the store, on the same day, to get the cover, another attendant said they had thrown it away. That's because I said I would come back the same week to see if they received the film they didn't have. The next business day I went back to complain and the attendant said it was my responsibility to put the cover back on. It wasn't me who took it, the team lacks education and sense to give an answer like that. Neither offered a new cover. They charge $25 for a cape they have at the street vendor for $15. A detail that, in addition to charging cheaper, the camelô at Lago do Machado is more friendly.
