Esperei mais de 1 hra o pedido. Liguei no estabelecimento, me disseram que o pedido tinha saído a 15 min. Esperei mais 40 minutos, leguei novamente me disseram que o pedido estava saindo. Esperei mais 30 min, liguei novamente, e então jogaram a culpa nos motoboys, dizendo que eles não queriam enviar no meu endereço. Meu endereço fica a 15min do armazém.
Terrible attendance.
I waited more than 1 hour for the order. I called the establishment, I was told that the order had come out within 15 min. I waited another 40 minutes, I bequeathed again and I was told that the order was leaving. I waited another 30 min, called again, and then they blamed the motoboys, saying they didn't want to send it to my address. My address is 15 minutes from the warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível falar no número de telefone disponível no Google, ninguém atende! E o atendimento na loja tbm não é dos melhores, parece que estão fazendo um favor pra vc! Só tem produtos da Ambev, então nem se compara com a variedade de outros lugares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este estabelecimento não tem qualquer respeito a todos moradores do bairro Chácara da Barra/Nova Campinas, minha residência fica há 2km de distância e o barulho de música praticamente todos os domingos é absurdo( até as 23:45hs após a polícia chegar),tomara que vocês tenham vendido bastante no dia 27/3/2022 pois a multa que irá chegar será bem grande( relacionado ao som)além da multa para o carro que estava com a caixa de som externa ligado ao mesmo, fiquem tranquilo pois temos vídeos, fotos e também vamos pesquisar a respeito do alvará do estabelecimento para eventos que também irá ter outra multa.
Boa sorte nas vendas, que essa unidade venda bastante, uma das multas começa em 20mil chegando a 60 mil a cada reincidência, imagina uma por domingo ?!
