Foram coletar o exame na minha residência, e pelo tanto de sangue as enfermeiras ou técnicas garantiram que não ia precisar refazer...
Furaram os dos pés da minha filha.
Hoje dia ligam pra mim falando que vai precisar refazer, agora que ela está está 20 dias, e hoje dia 10/01/2022 que era a data do resultado do exame!
Procedimento super desconfortável, a clínica não tem o mínimo de consideração com as mães ou as crianças!
 The worst possible experience!
They went to collect the exam at my residence, and because of the amount of blood, the nurses or technicians guaranteed that I wouldn't need to redo it...
They pierced my daughter's feet.
Today they call me saying that she will need to redo it, now that she is 20 days old, and today 01/10/2022 was the date of the exam result!
Super uncomfortable procedure, the clinic has no consideration for mothers or children!

Whenever I can, I do my exams in this unit of Ramos Medicina Diagnóstica. The service is great and the professionals are always friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A opção de coleta drive-thru é muito boa, ainda mais em tempos de pandemia. Recomendo esta unidade, pois os exames são entregues dentro do prazo.
The drive-thru collection option is very good, even more so in times of a pandemic. I recommend this unit as the exams are delivered on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz exame de COVID-19 hoje de manhã às 10 am (sendo que foi atrasado, porque originalmente agendei pras 8:30) e foi dito quando agendei que o resultado ficaria pronto em 4 horas. Já se passaram 5 horas e meia e não temos retorno algum do laboratório e eu e minha esposa estamos no aeroporto em uma situação difícil, causada totalmente pela Ramos de Souza. O laboratório tem responsabilidade sobre os prazos que passa para os clientes e estou extremamente insatisfeito. Não recomendo esse laboratório de forma alguma
I took a COVID-19 test this morning at 10 am (which was delayed because I originally scheduled it for 8:30 am) and was told when I scheduled that the result would be ready in 4 hours. It's been 5 and a half hours and we haven't heard back from the laboratory and my wife and I are at the airport in a difficult situation, caused entirely by Ramos de Souza. The laboratory is responsible for the deadlines it passes to customers and I am extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend this lab at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poxa anda difícil viu, tempos pandemicos deve ser evitado contato e eis que: o ramos não atende o telefone fixo e nem tampouco olha mensagens no WhatsApp. Resta o que? Aglomerar e piorar a pandemia ué, assuntos que podem ser resolvidos remotamente com possíveis pessoas infectadas devem ser resolvidos presencial pra infectar mais gente, pq o Ramos n atende por nada o telefone, desde segunda-feira que tento contato.
Adoro a excelência dos métodos que eles usam para análise dos exames, porém a equipe administrativa tá falhando na ligação aí. Ainda não fui atrás de outro laboratório porque prefiro o Ramos, mas devido aos ruídos de comunicação vou ter que procurar outra empresa. Triste.
Wow, it's been hard, pandemic times should be avoided, contact and behold: the branches don't answer the landline and don't even look at messages on WhatsApp. What remains? Agglomerating and worsening the pandemic, matters that can be solved remotely with possible infected people must be solved in person to infect more people, because Ramos doesn't answer the phone for nothing, since Monday I've been trying to contact.
I love the excellence of the methods they use to analyze the exams, but the administrative team is failing to connect there. I haven't looked for another laboratory yet because I prefer Ramos, but due to the communication noise I'll have to look for another company. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Liguei e fui informado que fazem coleta somente até as 16:45 h Cheguei ao laboratório às 16:42 h e fui informado que não seria feita a colta pois o carro já havia saído. O correto seria informar horário de coleta até 16:30 ou mesmo 16:00 h.
Terrible attendance. I called and was informed that they collect only until 4:45 pm I arrived at the laboratory at 4:42 pm and was informed that the collection would not be carried out because the car had already left. The correct thing would be to inform the collection time until 16:30 or even 16:00 h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso. Recomendo. Exame com hora marcada. Chegamos e ja fomos logo atendidos. Aliás muito bem atendidos . Atendimento humanizado, isso para mim contou muito pontos. Qualidade do atendimento e a confiança no resultado foram primordiais. Na saída tomamos um café e ganhamos um mimo.. Atendente e enfermagem nota mil. Excelente.
Wonderful service. I recommend. Exam by appointment. We arrived and were immediately attended to. In fact, they were very well taken care of. Humanized service, that for me counted a lot of points. Quality of service and confidence in the result were paramount. On the way out we had a coffee and got a treat.. Attendant and nursing note a thousand. Great.
