Estava ansioso para ver como ia ficar minha cozinha nova. Essa foi minha expectativa em 2018, quando investi mais de 15.000 reais na minha cozinha. Hoje retiro tudo o que falei e venho informar que passei muito estresse, devido atraso para entrega. E no final tive que comprar material para que eles pudessem me entregar a cozinha, após 4 meses de atraso. DEPOIS de tudo isso, ainda hoje aguardo o pagamento que eles me devem dos gastos com material que eles pediram para que eu comprasse, pois o fornecedor deles estava em atraso e que iriam me reembolsar. Fiz tudo certinho, comprei o material e enviei para eles a NF com o comprovante do gasto, mas até agora nada. Tenho total certeza, que o problema não está no fornecedor do material e sim o ARMAZEM DECOR que é INCOMPETENTE.

I was anxious to see how my new kitchen would look. That was my expectation in 2018, when I invested more than 15,000 reais in my kitchen. Today I withdraw all that I have said and I come to inform that I had a lot of stress due to the delay for delivery. And in the end I had to buy material so they could hand me the kitchen, after 4 months of delay. AFTER all this, I still await the payment they owe me for the material they asked me to buy, because their supplier was late and they would reimburse me. I did everything right, I bought the material and sent them the NF with the proof of the expense, but so far nothing. I am quite sure that the problem is not with the supplier of the material but with the DECOR WAREHOUSE that is INCOMPETENT.
