★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja na quarta feira antes da Páscoa porque queria presentear meu filho e nora com kit de Páscoa, sabonetes imitando bolachas e chocolate que vi no programa mulheres.
Fiquei decepcionada porque eles haviam recolhido tudo na véspera, e a maioria dos produtos que têm na loja é para quem quer fabricar velas ou sabonete.
Os poucos produtos que têm para venda os atendentes não sabem o preço, não entendi e achei muito chato não poder comprar.??
I was at the store on the Wednesday before Easter because I wanted to present my son and daughter-in-law with an Easter kit, soaps imitating cookies and chocolate that I saw on the women's program.
I was disappointed because they had collected everything the day before, and most of the products they have in the store are for those who want to make candles or soap.
The few products they have for sale, the attendants don't know the price, I didn't understand and I found it very annoying not to be able to buy.

Não me recordo o nome da moça, mas super atenciosa, simpática, nos forneceu todas as informações necessárias.... fui comprar 3 essências (tadinha de mim né) e no fim comprei muitas coisas para as minhas velas. Amei demais a loja. Tudo perfeito. Eu me senti uma criança na Disney. Parabéns a todos da equipe. ❤❤
Impeccable service. I don't remember the name of the girl, but she was super attentive, friendly, provided us with all the necessary information.... I went to buy 3 essences (poor me right) and in the end I bought many things for my candles. I loved the store so much. Everything perfect. I felt like a kid at Disney. Congratulations to all of the team. ❤❤

A loja é simplesmente maravilhosa e nem é preciso dizer, mega perfumada.
Os produtos, como sempre são de qualidade excelente, mesmo o valor sendo um pouco acima do mercado desse segmento, vale muito a pena.
O pessoal do atendimento está de parabéns. Atenciosos ao extremo, muito prestativos e simpáticos.
A localização é ótima também. Moro na Lapa e compensa muito mais ir de trem e metrô do que de carro. Vc sai da estação V. São Paulo do metrô e está quase na loja.
Se está procurando produtos e matéria prima de qualidade, aqui é o lugar certo.

The store is simply wonderful and needless to say, mega fragrant.
The products, as always, are of excellent quality, even though the value is a little above the market in this segment, it is very worth it.
The service staff is to be congratulated. Extremely attentive, very helpful and friendly.
The location is great too. I live in Lapa and it pays much more to go by train and subway than by car. You leave the V. São Paulo subway station and are almost at the store.
If you are looking for quality products and raw materials, this is the right place.

Os caixas anotam em um papel o valor que você gastou, mas não vemos os lançamento dos produtos no sitema que ficam de frente para eles, depois pedem para direcionarmos para outro caixa para pagar, você só visualiza o real valor dos produtos quando recebe o cupom fiscal e, no meu caso percebi que alguns produtos estavam com valores acima do que constavam em algumas etiqueta, mas como foi meu marido que se dirigiu ao caixa para pagar, só percebi quando cheguei em casa e meu marido comentou do valor. A dica que dou é: conferir os valores item por item com os atendentes antes de se dirigirem ao caixa.
Beautiful and wonderful place, but I did not like the payment logistics. The cashiers write down the amount you spent on paper, but we don't see the launch of the products on the system that are facing them, then they ask us to direct to another cashier to pay, you only see the real value of the products when you receive the coupon tax and, in my case, I noticed that some products were priced above what was stated on some labels, but as it was my husband who went to the cashier to pay, I only noticed when I got home and my husband commented on the value. The tip I give is: check the values item by item with the attendants before heading to the cashier.
