liguei antes as 17h par saber sobre delivery. ela me disse q sim e pediu para chamar no whatsapp. chamei, pedi o catálogo. me passou. as 17 e 15 pedidos itens que eu queria a Daniela foi péssima no atendimento . disse que as 18 ela fecharia a loja e disse que não entregaria hoje . q só depois ou amanhã cedo. mais se não bastasse isso. me envio um áudio dizendo q ela não era obrigada a adivinhar que eu não sabia o horário de atendimento. e me bloqueou no WhatsApp.
Daniela's service is very bad.
I called before 17h to know about delivery. she said yes and asked to call on whatsapp. I called, asked for the catalog. passed me. the 17 and 15 ordering items that I wanted Daniela was terrible at the service. said that at 6 pm she would close the store and said she would not deliver today. q only after or early tomorrow. more if that weren't enough. I send myself an audio saying that she was not obliged to guess that I didn't know the opening hours. and blocked me on WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro essa loja,por vários motivos:a localização é ótima e tem estacionamento, o layout é muito prático e fácil de encontrar as coisas,que por sinal são muito bem separadas e organizadas.Está sempre limpinha e fresquinha,como os produtos ali vendidos.Tudo é muito organizado e as pessoas que atendem são muito educadas e prestativas, e ainda te permitem provar os snacks antes de comprar,tem como não virar cliente fiel?
Outro ponto forte é a variedade de produtos, encontro tudo que preciso,inclusive xaropes naturais e florais. O preço é muito bom também e compensa demais comprar a granel (#fica a dica!)
Sugestão:se vc gosta de algo mais docinho não deixe de provar o palmier de canela...surreal de bom!
I love this store, for several reasons: the location is great and there is parking, the layout is very practical and easy to find things, which by the way are very well separated and organized. It is always clean and fresh, like the products sold there. Everything is very organized and the people who serve are very polite and helpful, and they even allow you to taste the snacks before you buy, how can you not become a loyal customer?
Another strong point is the variety of products, I find everything I need, including natural and floral syrups. The price is also very good and it pays to buy in bulk (#here's a tip!)
Suggestion: if you like something sweeter, be sure to try the cinnamon palmier...surreal good!
