★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Solicitei um produto, perguntei a data de vencimento do lote para vendedora Eliana ela me passou que era mais de 3 meses. Fiz transferência bancaria do valor da Nota antes mesmo de ser entregue (pois era uma exigência da empresa). Nas vésperas da entrega ela veio me falar que o vencimento do produto era menos de 30 dias, solicitei o cancelamento e devolução do dinheiro e a mesma me disse que NÃO PODERIA PERDER VENDA. Ela me afirmou que no ato da entrega poderia fazer a devolução de parte da mercadoria para o motorista. Surpresa, o motorista nao aceitou, tentei liguei diversas vezes para a empresa e nao atenderam. Fui engana por 2 vezes na mesma compra. Lamentável uma empresa deste porte ter Esse Tipo de postura. NÃO COMPREM NESTA EMPRESAS!
Bad company! I ordered a product, asked the lot expiration date for seller Eliana she told me it was more than 3 months. On the eve of the delivery she came to tell me that the product was due for less than 30 days, I requested the cancellation and refund of the money and she told me she COULD NOT LOSE SALE. She told me that at the time of delivery she could return part of the goods to the driver. Surprised, the driver did not accept, I tried to call the company several times and they did not answer. I was cheated 2 times in the same purchase. It is unfortunate that a company of this size has this type of attitude. DON'T BUY AT THIS COMPANY!
