★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro teve o diagnóstico na Paccini de que o compressor do ar condicionado precisaria ser trocado. Valor: 3.700 reais. Fui alertada a procurar outro lugar. Em Santana, um prestador de serviço constatou que uma borracha do ar estava rasgada perto do para-choque frontal, e que isso acontecia sempre em modelos como o do meu carro.. Total: 780 reais!!!! E o carro ficou joia.
Paccini nunca mais.
My car was diagnosed with Paccini that the air conditioning compressor needed to be replaced. Value: 3,700 reais. I was warned to look elsewhere. In Santana, a service provider found that an air rubber was torn near the front bumper, and that this always happened in models like my car.. Total: 780 reais!!!! And the car was a jewel.
Paccini never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro ontem as 11 horas na empresa com promessa de conserto em 3 horas pois era só isolar o ar quente. 24 horas depois, ainda nem começaram a mexer no carro sem previsão de conserto.
I left my car yesterday at 11 am at the company with a promise to fix it in 3 hours because it was just a matter of insulating the hot air. 24 hours later, they still haven't even started to move the car without a repair forecast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior possível fui muito mal atendido pelo vendedor Sr André tive q eu sair atrás de uma peça para o ar do meu carro e não arrumaram cheguei por volta de oito horas sai de lá as 14 horas e não resolveram o defeito do ar condicionado do meu carro também falei com o proprietário do estabelecimento Sr Rubens sobre o mal atendimento do Sr André e o mesmo não tomou providências nenhuma agiu como se nada tivessem acontecido eu nunca mais entro nesse estabelecimento e não recomendo para ninguém como disse atendimento muito mal atendido e nenhuma qualidade no serviço
It was the worst possible I was very poorly attended by the seller Mr André I had to go out looking for a part for the air in my car and they didn't fix it I arrived around eight o'clock I left there at 2 pm and they didn't solve the defect of the air conditioning in the my car also spoke to the owner of the establishment Mr Rubens about the bad service of Mr André and he did not take any action he acted as if nothing had happened I will never enter this establishment again and I do not recommend it to anyone as I said very poor service and none service quality
