★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento por telefone, vendedor informa que era para enviar solicitação por whats zap, porque ele nao podia responder uma pergunta.Que nao podia perder tempo comigo no telefone.Em tempos de crise, esse é o tipo do funcionario que leva o negocio a fechar.Tenho um projeto de iluminação enorme, e ele nao se interessou nem em perguntar meu nome nem telefone para retornar e me dar a informação.Entendo que nao estava disponivel, mais a forma como vc se disponibiliza diz tudo.Se na entrada da empresa ja somos atendidos assim, imagina no pós venda.Uma pena porque a loja é muito bonita e deve ter otimas opções.
Terrible Phone Service, seller informs that it was to send request for whats zap, because he could not answer a question. That he could not waste time with me on the phone. In times of crisis, this is the kind of official who leads the business to close . I have a huge lighting project, and he was not interested in asking my name or phone to return and give me the information. I understand that it was not available, but the way you make it says everything. we are served like this, imagine in post sale. A shame because the store is very beautiful and should have great options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vendedores são educados, porém não têm comprometimento com o cliente. Não fui informada da chegada do meu pedido (já anteriormente pago à vista). Após 18 dias do prazo previsto (são 30 dias corridos), ou seja, 48 dias depois, EU liguei perguntando sobre a minha compra. Uma parte havia chegado, a outra, a vendedora ficou de verificar e retornaria a ligação no dia seguinte para me informar. Não ligou. Eu liguei um dia após, e a vendedora nem se lembrava do que se tratava!
Outro fato bastante desagradável foi a questão da Reserva Técnica (RT) da minha arquiteta. No momento da venda, a vendedora me perguntou se eu preferia ter o o desconto ou a arquiteta receber a RT dela. Decidi pela RT. Eles nunca tocaram nesse assunto depois. Minha arquiteta ficou sem a RT, e eu sem o desconto (se eu soubesse que eles nem tocariam nesse assunto posteriormente, eu teria aceitado o desconto). Conclusão: a loja ficou com o dinheiro, e não houve pós-venda, pois o comprometimento da loja comigo se encerrou no momento em que fiz o pagamento à vista do valor cobrado.
Enfim, não recomendo.
Sellers are educated, but have no commitment to the customer. I was not informed of the arrival of my order (already paid in cash). After 18 days of the deadline (it's 30 calendar days), that is, 48 days later, I called asking about my purchase. One party had arrived, the other the saleswoman had to check and return the call the next day to let me know. He did not. I called the day after, and the saleswoman did not even remember what it was!
Another very unpleasant fact was the question of the Technical Reserve (RT) of my architect. At the time of the sale, the saleswoman asked me if I would rather have the discount or the architect get her RT. I decided on RT. They never touched on it later. My architect was left without the RT, and I without the discount (if I knew they would not touch on that later, I would have accepted the discount). Conclusion: the store kept the money, and there was no post-sale, because the commitment of the store with me ended when I made the cash payment of the amount charged.
Anyway, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive 2 tentativas de experiencias nessa loja, e tudo que posso dizer é que a forma de atendimento é péssima. Os vendedores inicialmente são educados mas adotam uma postura que lhe impossibilita de pesquisar preços.
Em alguns momentos ouvi comentários denegrindo outras outras lojas.
O orçamento que passam não é criterioso, fazendo-lhe ter duvidas sobre o que é colocado, usando referencias como : "assessórios", "materiais eletricos", sendo que estes, podem ser desde um conector, a uma lampada de embutir ou fiação.
Quando questionados, assumem postura defensiva e grosseira. Nâo recomento.
Valido ressaltar que os preços não são bons.
I had 2 attempts of experiences in this store, and all I can say is that the form of service is terrible. Sellers are initially polite but adopt a stance that makes it impossible for them to research prices.
At times I heard comments denigrating other stores.
The budget they spend is not judicious, making you have doubts about what is put, using references such as "accessories", "electrical materials", which can be from a connector, a recessed lamp or wiring.
When questioned, they assume a defensive and rude stance. I do not recommend.
Valid to point out that the prices are not good.
