Não cumpriram o prazo de entrega contratado, difícil contato com a loja mediante a vendedora que fechou minha venda. Não retorna contato e tem sempre a resposta padrão de "estou aguardando contato da logística". Estou há duas semanas ouvindo essa resposta. O pessoal responsável pela iluminação está no apartamento para instalação e ainda não recebi o material comprado. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Bad is little. Frustrating experience! It is a service when you close and pay, and a completely different one when it comes to delivery time. Did not meet the contracted delivery time, difficult contact with the store through the saleswoman who closed my sale. There is no contact and always has the standard answer "I am waiting for contact from logistics". I have been hearing this response for two weeks. The lighting personnel are in the apartment for installation and I still haven't received the purchased material. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Já fui duas vezes na loja e sempre o mesmo atendimento, eles não fazem questão nenhuma de vender, não explicam detalhes dos produtos, apenas informam os valores, que não são atrativos.
Gostaria de entender porque o atendimento é privilegiado quando se está acompanhado de arquitetos...
