★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it's not the idea to stay in the room, but they configured the tvs to show audio in Portuguese with Portuguese subtitles at the same time. There is no way to change that and it's anoying. If you don't speak Portuguese you can't watch tv.
Besides that they should tell in their website when it is the rain season and when it is "couples with a lot of kids" season.
But all the rest is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old resort and yet very clean and organized. Staff extremely polite. Buffet has multiple options including local dishes. Private ferry to Porto Seguro. Shuttle bus to Water Park and Arraial Village. Tickes to water park included. Daily activities for children from 3 to 12 yo.

Place to play beach tennis.
Pool is extremely cold.
The beach isn't cristaline, its a kind of river (brown water).
The Wi-Fi is a joke! Doesn't exist.
If the price are lower than 900 BRL/daily ok, go on. If it's more than that, do your math in detail.
