★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei lá, passaram um prazo, fui até lá entregar o pedido e pagar estacionamento... O prazo era de 5 dias úteis. Ou seja, passam um prazo por telefone, lá é outro. Preços abusivos: me disseram 15 reais apertar calça na cintura, no local era 40 reais... Fora de mão. Péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom. Levei 3 calças jeans, uma pantalona e dois vestidos para fazer barra. Ficaram muito boas, prontas no prazo, inclusive mandaram mensagem avisando que estava pronto. Gostei muito!!
Very good service. I took 3 jeans, a pantaloon and two dresses to do the bar. They were very good, ready on time, even sent a message saying it was ready. Really enjoyed!!

Bainha em 2 panos com medidas diferentes para forrar meu sofá: 1 com 2 metros de comprimento e 1,20 de largura; outro com 1,5 metros de comprimento e 1,20 de largura. Como o tecido tivesse 1,50 de largura, pedi para tirar 0,30 centímetros no comprimento de cada pano. Disse que não precisava devolver os retalhos. Ok? Ok. Cobrou-me $80,00 pelo trabalho. Carinho. Ok. Quando fui pegar, a costureira havia tirado 0,30 centímetros em um pano e cortou o segundo pano com o tamanho de 1,50 x 1,50. Por que teria eu comprado tanta sobra de tecido caro? Não consultaram se tiveram dúvidas? Não. Quando reclamei, uma jogou culpa na outra e sequer pediram desculpas. Fiquei com o forro remendado e muito descontente.
Terrible experience. I explained the service to be done. Hem in 2 cloths with different measures to cover my sofa: 1 with 2 meters long and 1.20 meters wide; another 1.5 meters long and 1.20 meters wide. As the fabric was 1.50 in width, I asked to take 0.30 centimeters from the length of each cloth. He said he didn't have to return the scraps. OK? Okay. Charged me $80.00 for the job. Kindness. Ok. When I went to get it, the seamstress had taken 0.30 cm of one cloth and cut the second cloth to the size of 1.50 x 1.50. Why would I have bought so much extra expensive fabric? Didn't they consult if they had any doubts? No. When I complained, they blamed each other and didn't even apologize. I was left with the lining patched and very unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Segunda-feira com um vestido para ajustar, que eu usaria no sábado. O local se chama Arranjos Express, então achei que 1 semana seria suficiente. Me prometeram o vestido para sexta-feira. Pedi que fizessem até quinta-feira para eu experimentar, caso precisasse se mais ajustes. Já que eu usaria na minha festa de aniversário. Liguei na quinta-feira me disseram que não estava pronto. Que seria sexta-feira ate 12:00. Fui buscar as 16:00. Nem mexeram no vestido. Me pediram para buscar em 1 hora. Voltei de lá agora. 17:30. Sem o vestido. Está desmanchado e largado em cima de uma mesa. Me pediram mais 15 minutos. Minha festa de aniversário é amanhã e vai saber se fica pronto... Fora o preço: 75,00 para tirar um forro e ajustar no busto. As atendentes não olharam na minha cara enquanto eu argumentava e não responderam até eu começar a gritar. Falta de consideração, descaso com o cliente, preço abusivo e costureiras arrogantes. Um horror.
I went on Monday with a dress to fit, which I would wear on Saturday. The place is called Arranjos Express, so I thought 1 week would be enough. I was promised the dress for Friday. I asked them to do it until Thursday so I could try it out, in case I needed more adjustments. Since I would wear it to my birthday party. I called on Thursday told me it wasn't ready. That would be Friday until 12:00. I picked up at 16:00. They didn't even touch the dress. I was asked to pick it up in 1 hour. I came back from there now. 5:30 pm. Without the dress. It's broken up and dropped on a table. I was asked for another 15 minutes. My birthday party is tomorrow and you'll know if it's ready... Not to mention the price: 75.00 to take out a lining and adjust the bust. The attendants didn't look me in the face as I argued and didn't respond until I started screaming. Lack of consideration, disregard for the customer, abusive prices and arrogant seamstresses. Horrible.

I was supposed to pick up my clothes but it was not ready, which is fine. However, they did not bother to call me to inform me. They asked that I return the next day, which I did..but again, it was not done and I did not receive notice. I returned a 3rd time and it STILL was not done. I asked why they could not have called me and they said it would be impossible to call the customers, which I also do not understand because they have 2 extra workers who just stand around not sewing. Joao was doing nothing. When I asked to take my clothes back, they said they would start now. I told them NO, but they insisted and refused to return my clothes to me! I knew that if they started that they would rush and do a bad job, which they did. A quick job does not produce quality. The sewing ladies said 30 minutes, which of course took over an hour. In the end I received bad service that took a very long time and was yelled at by a man.
