As três estrelas são apenas por ter executado dentro do prazo, porque além do valor abusivo, não me deram nenhuma notinha fiscal do serviço executado, pra mim, é forma de não pagar imposto e arrancar seu rim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cobrança mais cara por um serviço prestado, tal como usualmente praticado neste estabelecimento, traz maior responsabilidade profissional, competência e preparo de seus funcionários, mormente quando somos atendidas pela própria gerente. Um preço alto, perto do que se pratica no mercado , normalmente decorre da qualidade daquele serviço que se destaca em relação aos demais. No meu caso, a própria gerente marcou a barra de minha calça. Eu estava sem o salto, e tratava-se de uma calça que não poderia arrastar no chão, seja pelo modelo, seja pelo tecido. E mesmo assim, de forma negligente e despreparada, ela marcou a barra, me pediu para ficar na ponta do pé, a partir de uma ideia de quanto seria o tamanho do meu salto. Sem me informar previamente de que o serviço feito daquela forma poderia ocasionar novo reparo ao qual eu estaria sujeita à nova cobrança, ela o executou. Direito à informação é direito basilar do consumidor e uma gerente deveria saber disso. Ao revés, foi ríspida ao negar o reparo de um serviço mal feito por ela mesma e em relação ao qual não fui informada de suas consequências, dizendo que eu seria novamente cobrada (ps: dentro de 7 dias, da data da entrega da peça, eu poderia retornar sem custo para reparo. Sobre isso eu fui informada). Ora, a partir de que momento surgiu para a empresa a pretensão de ela mesma recusar reparar um serviço mal feito decorrente de uma ausência de prévia informação ao consumidor? Ora, de uma falha dela surgir um prejuízo ao consumidor, não me pareceu honesto. Parabéns à possível proprietária que deu a solução adequada ao caso. Lamentavelmente, não me sinto à vontade para voltar com aquela gerente ocupando um cargo tão delicado.
Não recomendo nem indico, seja pelo alto valor seja pelo despreparo de certas funcionárias.

In my case, the manager herself marked the hem of my pants. I didn't have the heel, and it was a pair of pants that I couldn't drag on the floor, either because of the model or the fabric. And yet, carelessly and unprepared, she marked the bar, asked me to stand on my toes, based on an idea of how big my heel would be. Without informing me in advance that the service performed in this way could lead to a new repair for which I would be subject to the new charge, she performed it. Right to information is a basic consumer right and a manager should know that. On the contrary, she was blunt in denying the repair of a service she had done poorly and in relation to which I was not informed of its consequences, saying that I would be charged again (ps: within 7 days from the date of delivery of the part, I could return it free of charge for repair. About this I was informed). Now, when did the company start to claim that it refused to repair a service that was poorly performed due to a lack of prior information to the consumer? Now, if a failure of hers resulted in a loss to the consumer, it didn't seem honest to me. Congratulations to the possible owner who gave the appropriate solution to the case. Unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable going back with that manager in such a sensitive position.
I do not recommend or nominate, either for the high value or for the lack of preparation of certain employees.
