★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um presente da Piticas comprado em uma unidade de São Paulo, na hora da compra foi claramente informado que poderia ser trocado por qualquer modelo em qualquer unidade.
Visitei o Iguatemi Campinas a trabalho e como estava com a camiseta no carro peguei o ticket de troca e fui trocar.
Educamente disseram que eu só poderia trocar pela mesma estampa, o que foge da instrução passada em outra unidade, porém alegaram que em breve a camiseta seria outlet por isso não trocariam.
Entendi e fui embora, porém mais tarde no mesmo dia ao tentar trocar a camiseta no Jundiaí shopping descobri que era possível sim realizar a troca mesmo que a camiseta já fosse outlet, tanto que trocaram pra mim e ainda fiquei com crédito na loja pra pegar outro produto. Gosto muito da franquia, mas infelizmente devido a esse episódio terei que dar uma estrela.
I received a gift from Piticas bought in a unit of São Paulo, at the time of purchase was clearly informed that could be exchanged for any model in any unit.
I visited Iguatemi Campinas on business and as I had the shirt in the car I got the change ticket and went to change.
They politely said that I could only change for the same pattern, which is beyond the instruction given in another unit, but claimed that soon the shirt would be outlet so they would not change.
I understood and left, but later the same day when trying to change the shirt at Jundiaí mall I found that it was possible to do the change even if the shirt was already outlet, so much that they changed for me and still got credit in the store to get another product. I really like the franchise, but unfortunately due to this episode I will have to give a star.
