Fui buscar o vestido estava com um fio PUXADO. Fiquei muito brava e ela ainda falou como se eu estivesse louca. Não queria que eu olhasse. Meu vestido está com uma costura errada, zíper cheio de linha, puxaram um fio Romeu vestido que eu NUNCA USEI! Quero falar com o dono da loja porque vocês vão ter que arcar com o preço do meu vestido ou arrumar o serviço ruim que fizeram!!!!!!!!!!! Meninas que compras nas “Três meninas” os vestidos da ANTIX, NÃO LEVEM O VEATIDO NESSA LOJA PARA ARRUMAR POOOR FAVOR! NÃO ESTRAGEM O ANTIX DE VOCÊS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo !! Mas infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência!! Paguei um absurdo para mandar fazer um vestido !! A costureira me pediu 3 metros de tecido ( coisa que 1.5 daria perfeitamente) e mesmo tirando as medidas fizeram o vestido errado!
De última hora uma costureira tentou melhorar pois viu meu desespero na última hora e eu agradeço, mas mesmo assim não ficou como eu queria .
Infelizmente não volto e não indico a loja, por ser uma loja cara e dentro do shopping achei que tinham mais credibilidade. Uma pena !!

At the last minute a seamstress tried to improve because she saw my despair in the last hour and I thank her, but even so, she did not stay as I wanted.
Unfortunately I do not go back and I do not indicate the store, because it is an expensive store and inside the mall I thought they had more credibility. A pity !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrumei uma importante entrevista de emprego poucos dias antes de estourar a pandemia e o lockdown dos Shoppings. Fui as pressas no Shopping Grand Plaza para comprar uma roupa social nova para a entrevista, e como a calça não ficou boa, as opções eram: Aguardar os ajustes pela loja, o que não me atenderia dado o prazo demorado, ou pagar particular na Arranjos Express, para que o serviço ficasse pronto a tempo da data da entrevista.
Pois fui na Arranjos, me prometerem para uma quarta-feira após as 17:00hs, e a entrevista era na quinta de manhã. OK.
Quarta-feira eu cheguei na loja por volta das 19hs e tive que aguardar mais de 1 hora, para que finalizassem a barra. Fui para a entrevista com os ajustes sensivelmente mal feitos. Quando fui lavar a calça, descobri que simplesmente colaram a barra. Ela não havia sido costurada. Nunca vi serviço tão porco.
Entrou a pandemia, os shoppings fecharam por vários meses e eu perdi o time para ir lá reclamar. Os ajustes na calça ficaram cerca de 60% do valor de compra da mesma. Foi a primeira e última vez que uso os serviços desse lugar.
I arranged for an important job interview a few days before the pandemic and the shopping mall lockdown broke out. I was in a hurry at Shopping Grand Plaza to buy a new social outfit for the interview, and as the pants were not good, the options were: Wait for the adjustments by the store, which would not suit me given the lengthy period, or pay privately at Arranjos Express, so that the service was ready in time for the interview date.
Because I went to Arranjos, to promise me for a Wednesday after 17:00, and the interview was on Thursday morning. OK.
Wednesday I arrived at the store around 7 pm and had to wait more than 1 hour to finish the bar. I went to the interview with the adjustments noticeably poorly made. When I went to wash my pants, I found that they simply stuck the hem. It had not been sewn. I have never seen service so pork.
The pandemic started, the malls closed for several months and I lost the team to go there and complain. The adjustments in the pants were about 60% of the purchase value of the same. It was the first and last time that I use the services of this place.

The service is one of the best I've ever had, and what surprised me the most was that they actually made my pants in an hour, the seamstresses are super thoughtful not to mention the attendants, I highly recommend it ^-^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, você não pode reclamar que fizeram o trabalho errado, que ainda por cima a funcionária começa a gritar com você e te ofender em palavras. Você pagar R$80,00 pra uma barra de vestido e ajustar a lateral e ainda ser tratada dese jeito. Não indico a ninguém
Bad service, you can't complain that they did the wrong job, that on top of that the employee starts yelling at you and insulting you in words. You pay R$80.00 for a dress hem and adjust the side and still be treated that way. I don't recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasaram para deixar pronto, falam um dia, depois mandam mensagem falando que teve imprevisto. Falei que queria o bordado menor, falaram que ficaria ilegível, ok né, eles que entende. Quando fui pegar veio a decepção, o bordado ficou ENORME (mais do que eu imaginava) deixaram manchas na peça, um serviço porco, não quis nem reclamar muito para não perde meu tempo, não levo mais nada para "arrumar", porque sai pior do que entrou, perdi meu jaleco.
They were late to get it ready, talk one day, then send a message saying that there was an unforeseen event. I said I wanted smaller embroidery, they said it would be illegible, ok, they understand. When I went to get it, the disappointment came, the embroidery was HUGE (more than I imagined) they left stains on the piece, a dirty job, I didn't even want to complain too much so I don't waste my time, I don't take anything else to "fix", because it comes out worse from what came in, I lost my lab coat.
