★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem grande variedade de roupas, mas de 4 vezes que fui, só fui atendida bem por uma vendedora, que era nova na loja na época. Mas de resto o atendimento é péssimo, eu e minha mãe tivemos que ficar pegando as roupas, já que o vendedor estava muito ocupado fazendo chamada de vídeo com o seu namorado.
Espero que a loja verifique e invista em vendedores melhores, pq do jeito que está só vão conseguir clientes na base da promoção... é extremamente desanimador.
The store has a wide variety of clothes, but four times I went, I was only served well by a saleswoman, who was new to the store at the time. But otherwise the service is terrible, my mother and I had to keep getting the clothes, since the seller was very busy making a video call with her boyfriend.
I hope the store will check and invest in better sellers, because the way it is, they will only get customers on the basis of the promotion ... it is extremely disheartening.

Estava muito insatisfeita com meu corpo e a atendente ficou me atendendo por horas, fazendo o possível para que eu conseguisse sair satisfeita da loja. Gastei muito mais do que havia me planejado, pois a vendedora foi persuasiva e me fez comprar vários looks. Isso é excelência no atendimento, é a empresa centrada no cliente. Eu amo essa loja❤
Last weekend I went to buy clothes for a business event. I was very dissatisfied with my body and the attendant was waiting for me for hours, doing everything possible so that I could leave the store satisfied. I spent a lot more than I had planned, because the seller was persuasive and made me buy several looks. This is excellence in service, it is the customer-centered company. I love this store❤
