Entrei em contato e solicitei um orçamento detalhado, tinha interesse em fechar porém não obtive resposta, entrei em contato direto por telefone, conversei com a atendente que disse que iria passar meu caso para o Renato ( eu estive em contato com o Eduardo que não respondeu às minhas mensagens) . Porém mais uma vez não obtive resposta, nenhum contato. Recebi indicação desta empresa e fiquei realmente decepcionada com o atendimento em geral. Como disse anteriormente, eu realmente tinha interesse em fechar negócio porém não obtive resposta dos responsáveis para tal.
Ok Renato. Estarei aguardando contato para podermos então fechar negócio.
I requested a quote, this was given to me but without further details. I got in touch and asked for a detailed quote, I was interested in closing but I didn't get a response, I got in touch directly by phone, I talked to the attendant who said I would pass my case on to Renato (I was in contact with Eduardo who didn't respond to my messages) . But once again I got no response, no contact. I received an indication from this company and I was really disappointed with the service in general. As I said before, I was really interested in closing a deal, but I didn't get a response from those responsible for it.
Okay Renato. I will be waiting for contact so we can close the deal.
