★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei esse consultório várias vezes durante os últimos anos , nem sempre me alegrei com os precedimentos realizados. Mais teve uma vez em especial no dia 30/04 fui no 24h com o Dr. Carlos eu me queixava de muita dor. Ele me atendeu com.muita atenção e educação durante o procedimento tive muitos problemas com dor que eu sentia e por várias vezes falei pra ele que eu iria desistir de fazer o curativo pois não estava aguentando a dor e sensibilidade e nem facilitando para ele dar a anestesia no local da dor. E ele lá às 23:00 da noite com total educação e muita empatia com um atendimento diferenciado me fez confiar em seu atendimento e profissionalismo e então ganhou minha confiança deu a anestesia fez o procedimento e eu saí de lá realizado. Atendimento muito bom que tive por ele. Tiro o chapéu pra ele e seu trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava fazendo tratamento na clínica e após passar em uma pela 3 vez na emergência pois a restauração que havia feito não ficou boa …fui informado que o convênio não atende mais e em menos de 3 meses retornando para refazer uma coisa que não ficou bom…me falaram ainda que no particular se acontecesse esse tipo de coisa tem garantia …não indico para ninguém essa clínica porque não fez 1 comunicado para todos os clientes sendo que tem contato de todos ?
O mais preocupante que 2 consultórios nomeados na cidade quando escuta, falar que estava passando nessa (clínica) eles ficam revoltados…

Hoje retornei para finalizar tratamento canal encontrei a Dra Mariana outra benção super profissional .sem contar a simpatia na recepção gratidão ao ótimo atendimento indico de olhos fechados .obrigado por tudo .

Dia 31/3/22 estava c muita dor de dente e ao procurar no convênio um pronto atendimento, o único infelizmente foi este lugar. O dentista mal examinou não fez nada no local da dor e prescreveu antibiótico. Sai de lá com dor e com uma receita. Conclusão: não adiajtou nada! não recomendo. Nota 0.

Fiz Canal ano passado, um canal muito mal feito, desgastou todo meu dente, tenho certeza que um profissional de verdade não teria desgastado todo meu dente assim.
Um tempo Depois a restauração do canal caiu voltei para refazer e não atendia meu convênio mais, então tive que fazer um curativo na emergência.
O curativo caiu voltei o dentista que me atendeu tirou toda parte do meu dente que ficou, fui para refazer um curativo e o Dr. terminou de arregaçar meu dente, tirou toda parte de trás ao invés de colocar outro curativo ne, até eu fazer uma restauração definitiva.
foi bem desnecessário o que ele fez.
e me falaram que tinha que colocar coroa que o valor é 900,00 sendo é consequência de um canal muito mal feito. Fora o que sofri Depois do canal.
Péssimo atendimento não recomendo, falta de profissionalismo.
