★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na quarta feira reclamando dos cartuchos, me disseram que era a impressora, combinei de levar a impressora e os cartuchos hoje. Adivinhem, estava desde as 8 horas da manha la, e nao abriram a loja. Falta de respeito total.
Called on Wednesday complaining of cartridges, told me it was the printer, I arranged to take the printer and cartridges today. Guess what, was from the 8 o'clock in the morning it, and not opened the store. Lack of total respect.

PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO ! NÃO RECOMENDO !!!
I ordered two toner refills at 11:30, they said they would deliver the first delivery after lunch. It's 16 hrs and it didn't arrive. The attendant only said that she had already left. 3 hrs of delivery? Eh delivery of truck full neh?
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
