Se forem levar o vídeo game lá para consertar, se certifiquem que eles entenderam que é apenas orçar o valor e não para fazer o serviço sem você ter autorizado. Sem falar no atendimento do técnico que fez o serviço:
-"quê que eu acabei de falar..."
A cada pergunta que fazia ele me cortava e falava isso...... SENDO que eu NÃO TINHA AUTORIZADO O CONSERTO....
Would not recommend.
If they are to take the video game there to fix it, make sure they understand that it is only budgeting the value and not doing the service without you having authorized it. Not to mention the assistance of the technician who did the service:
- "what I just said ..."
With every question he asked me he cut me and said that ...... BEING I had NOT AUTHORIZED THE REPAIR ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um Xbox one pra consertar, voltou com outro problema, levei novamente já faz mais de 30 dias, não sabem qual o defeito, pra conseguir falar vc tem que ir na loja, falam que vão ligar e nada. Aí você liga diversas vezes e não atende. O zap é só pra dizer que tem pois não adianta nada. Infelizmente não recomendo.
I took an Xbox one to fix, came back with another problem, I took it again more than 30 days ago, they don't know what the defect is, to be able to talk you have to go to the store, they say they will call and nothing.
