★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regra básica! orçamento só se for POR ESCRITO. Foi combinado que fariam contato quando fossem fazer o atendimento, fui informado quando já haviam feito a instalação. Para equipe que executa o serviço nota 5, para a empresa nota 1.
Só não pedi que retirasse a instalação em respeito aos profissionais que executaram o serviço, me foi passado um valor e me foi cobrado 57,5% a mais pelo mesmo serviço, enfim... Peçam orçamento por escrito.
Basic rule! budget only if it IS IN WRITING. It was agreed that they would make contact when they went to do the service, I was informed when they had already done the installation. For the team that performs the service grade 5, for the company grade 1.
