★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência a pior possível não indico a ninguém comprar nessa loja ,produtos de péssima qualidade, comprei um sofá, uma cama, um rack e uma cabeceira de cama. A cabeceira nunca chegou, o rack veio danificado , o sofá se quebrando todinho e ninguém resolve nada.
 The worst possible experience I do not recommend to anyone buying in this store, products of terrible quality, I bought a sofa, a bed, a rack and a headboard. The headboard never arrived, the rack came damaged, the sofa broke all over and nobody solves anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo. Primeira vez q compro e a ultima vez. Me deram um prazo de 5 dias pra vim montar e entregar e ja se passaram 11 dias e nada. Minhas coisas tudo espalhadas pela casa esperando a boa vontade da loja mandar o montador. Pra que adianta vim deixar se nao vem montar no prazo. A unica solucao é pagar por fora o montador q eu nao aguenta mas essa situação. Ligo pra la e so me enrrolando. E quando a atendem,q so nao falta atender. Nao indico a ninguém . Super insatisfeita ??
It was lousy. First time I buy and the last time. They gave me a period of 5 days to come and ride and deliver and it's been 11 days and nothing. My stuff all scattered around the house waiting for the goodwill of the store to send the fitter. What good is it to come if you do not come on time? The only solution is to pay for the fitter who can not handle this situation. I'll call her and just wrap myself around. And when they answer it, they just need to answer. I do not tell anyone. Super dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o vendedor deu um prazo de no máximo 15 dias úteis e hoje faz 20 dias úteis e não recebi nenhuma satisfação. Tive q me deslocar na loja presencialmente pra ter notícias do produto pq só dão um telefone fixo q nunca atendem! Não oferecem nada pra vc acompanhar o seu pedido, não tem outras formas de contato (whatsapp, site, código de rastreamento).
Péssima experiência.
Poor service, the seller gave a maximum period of 15 working days and today it is 20 working days and I have not received any satisfaction. I had to go to the store in person to get product news because they only give me a landline phone that they never answer! They do not offer anything for you to track your order, there are no other forms of contact (whatsapp, website, tracking code).
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. A montagem é bastante demorada. Não tem nenh contato da loja que atenda. Whatsapp não respondem aí cliente. Péssimo atendimento. Salvo apenas o vendedor que foi educado. Somente isso. No mais deixa muito a desejar
I do not recommend. Assembly is quite time consuming. There is no contact for the store that works. Whatsapp doesn't respond there customer. Terrible attendance. Except only the seller who was polite. Only this. Otherwise, it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pela vendedora Elenita, no pós venda também fui bem atendido pelo gerente João Neto, fiz a compra no sábado (09/04/2022), a entrega foi feita na segunda-feira (11/04/2022) e a montagem feita na outra segunda-feira (18/04/2022), já sou cliente da Art Móveis à bastante tempo e nunca tive problemas, recomendo a loja!
Ponto bastante positivo na Art Móveis é que aceita pagamento em 12x sem juros em diversos cartões, por exemplo: se o valor da compra for 1.200,00 e vc não tem o limite em um único cartão, vc pode passar R$600,00 em um cartão em 12x sem juros, R$400,00 em outro cartão e R$200,00 em outro cartão, sempre em 12x sem juros, muito legal, facilitando a compra para quem não tem cartão com limite alto.
O prazo que a loja informa para montagem é de 7 dias úteis.
No dia da montagem o montador liga para o cliente perguntando se tem alguém em casa para recebê-lo.
I was very well attended by the saleswoman Elenita, after the sale I was also well attended by the manager João Neto, I made the purchase on Saturday (04/09/2022), the delivery was made on Monday (04/11/2022) and the assembly done the other Monday (18/04/2022), I've been a customer of Art Móveis for a long time and I've never had any problems, I recommend the store!
A very positive point at Art Móveis is that it accepts payment in 12 installments without interest on several cards, for example: if the purchase amount is 1,200.00 and you do not have the limit on a single card, you can spend R$600.00 on a card in 12 interest-free installments, R$400.00 in another card and R$200.00 in another card, always in 12 interest-free installments, very nice, making the purchase easier for those who do not have a high-limit card.
The deadline that the store informs for assembly is 7 working days.
On the day of assembly, the assembler calls the customer asking if there is someone at home to receive him.
