★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atraso na entrega, péssimo atendimento, total desinteresse com a satisfação dos clientes. Não atendem telefone, não respondem whatsapp e quando a gente reclama ainda são grosseiros. Não recomendo!
Delay in delivery, terrible service, total disinterest with customer satisfaction. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer whatsapp and when we complain they are still rude. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um móvel (Guarda-Roupa de solteiro) pagando à vista porque ficaram de entregar no mesmo dia. Mas, foram entregar 6 dias depois (todo dia era uma desculpa diferente). Fora que o móvel era do mostruário (garantiram que não era), estava com parte do material das portas descolando e veio muito sujo. Isso foi há pouco mais de um ano, mas como vi a loja no google maps resolvi comentar. No mais, não quis perder (ainda mais) meu tempo brigando com a loja. Espero que tenham melhorado, foi minha pior experiência com lojas.
I bought a piece of furniture (single wardrobe) paying cash because they had to deliver on the same day. But they went to deliver 6 days later (every day was a different excuse). Aside from the furniture being showcased (guaranteed it wasn't), it had some of the door material coming off and it came very dirty. That was a little over a year ago, but as I saw the store on google maps I decided to comment. Besides, I didn't want to waste (even more) my time fighting with the store. Hope they have improved, it was my worst experience with stores.

Tinha uma lorona la q foi tb bem atencioso explicou umas coisas pra eu poder escolher o melhor colchao. Nao ficaram empurrando coisas pra mim e me dxaram bem a vontade pra escolher o q eu precisava. E a entrega foi no prazo q a lorona disse.
