Hoje fiz um voto de confiança na tentativa de emoldurar mais 2, no final, o Sr. da recepção se recusou a parcelar um valor de R$220,00. Inacreditável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vidraçaria de bairro, sem frescuras, mas tem tudo que se acha nas lojas pomposas de shopping. Pode não ter tudo exposto, mas o que pedir eles fazem e com preços melhores. Recomendo levar a sua idéia para comprovar.
Neighborhood glazing, no frills, but it has everything found in the pompous mall stores. It may not have everything exposed, but what to order they do and with better prices. I recommend taking your idea to prove it.

Pretty bad experience. Apparently they choose the services they will do, they do not need or do not meet all the demand. I didn't even get the budget. Out of the absurd delivery time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM!!!!! Não cumpre prazos, entre outros problemas... Falta a instalação de partes do produto e há passagem de água pela cortina de vidros em diversos pontos. Ou seja, o produto não atende as suas funções básicas. Estou processando para tentar reaver o meu dinheiro.
FLEE !!!!! It does not meet deadlines, among other problems ... The installation of parts of the product is missing and water passes through the glass curtain at several points. That is, the product does not meet its basic functions. I'm suing to try to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços subiram MUITO em um intervalo de 1 mês. Já era cliente assídua e fui tratada com desprezo, além de que todas as vezes que comprei vidros lá, eles vieram tortos ou trincados. Realmente muito frustrante porque gosto deles.
Prices went up VERY much in a 1 month interval. I was already a regular customer and I was treated with contempt, besides that every time I bought glass there, they came crooked or cracked. Really frustrating because I like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Raquel é bom e do técnico que veio fazer a medição também, o problema é que não entregam no prazo. Meu pedido foi feito com antecedência e o prazo era de 12/15 dias úteis, já vamos completar 30 dias úteis e até agora nada. Não tenho como avaliar o serviço porque ainda estou esperando, meu contrato é de 17 de agosto/2020. Nos novos contratos melhor avaliar esse prazo de entrega que estão oferecendo.
Editando para avaliar o serviço: o serviço é bom, de qualidade, precisei chamá-los para resolver um problema na instalação e fui prontamente atendida.
Raquel's service is good and the technician who came to do the measurement too, the problem is that they don't deliver on time. My order was made in advance and the deadline was 12/15 business days, we will complete 30 business days and so far nothing. I can't evaluate the service because I'm still waiting, my contract is August 17/2020. In the new contracts, better evaluate the delivery time they are offering.
Editing to evaluate the service: the service is good, of quality, I had to call them to solve a problem in the installation and I was promptly answered.
