só montaram em março, a porta de cima veio maior, até hoje não foi colocada, estamos em junho! A desculpa sempre é a pandemia.
No delivery on time. I bought it in December,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor Anderson me vendeu como móveis planejados mas na verdade são modulados.... estou a 3 meses aguardando o término da montagem dos meus móveis.... o montador dele conseguir arranhar o piso laminado da minha casa, ainda marcou todas as paredes e danificou algumas peças.... até hj não tive qualquer assistência do dono da loja Anderson.... Como falei... ainda estou aguardando terminarem meu quarto, pois eu queria montado de uma forma e o Anderson disse que não teria como fazer.... mas o próprio montador dele quando chegou na minha casa disse que teria como fazer sim...
Bom, estou super arrependido de ter feito os móveis com ele.... ainda estou sem os móveis montados, ele não dá uma data para término.
Infelizmente o barato saiu caro.... fora que o Anderson como dono não dá a mínima atenção é nem ao menos tenta resolver o problema, dica jogando pra cima do montador e o montador p cima dele.... Eu já paguei 100% do combinado mas até o momento ele não cumpriu com a palavra dele de profissional!

Seller Anderson sold me as customized furniture but actually are modulated .... I am three months pending the completion of the assembly of my furniture .... his fitter able to scratch the laminate floor of my house, still marked every wall and damaged some parts .... until hj not had any assistance from the owner of the Anderson store .... as I said ... I'm still waiting finish my room because I wanted to set up a form and Anderson said he would have no way do .... but his own assembler when he arrived at my house said he would like to do so ...
Well, I'm really sorry to have made the furniture with him .... I'm still without the furniture assembled, he doesn't give a date for completion.
Unfortunately cheap out expensive .... out that Anderson as the owner does not give any attention is not even trying to solve the problem, hint playing up to the assembler and the assembler p him .... I've paid 100% combined but so far he has not fulfilled his word professional!
Super sorry and did not indicate to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos a compra com o Sr.Anderson prometendo ter tudo.em.estoque e que entregaria antes do natal, pois bem. Desde novembro estamos sem o nosso móvel planejado da cozinha e lavanderia. Recebendo respostas vazias com prazos que não se cumprem e jogando a culpa na fábrica. Ele não atende nossos arquiteto, não devolve nosso dinheiro e nem soluciona o problema. Também me bloqueou do Instagram para que não pudesse mandarsgs pedindo que nos atendesse. Não parece se.impprtar de ter que resolver os problemas na justiça. Tentamos diversas vzs não chegar a este ponto mas já perdemos muito dinheiro e paciência com essa empresa. Queremos nosso dinheiro de volta!
We made the purchase with Mr. Anderson promising to have everything in stock and that he would deliver before Christmas, well. Since November we have been without our planned kitchen and laundry furniture. Receiving empty responses with deadlines that are not met and blaming the factory. He does not serve our architects, does not return our money and does not solve the problem. He also blocked me from Instagram so that he couldn't send me messages asking him to attend. He does not seem to be impelled to have to solve the problems in court. We tried several times not to reach this point but we have already lost a lot of money and patience with this company. We want our money back!
