★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma caixa expositora de madeira para colocar frente de vidro. Chegando lá, antes de ver a caixa, o funcionário teimou que deveria colocar espelho ao invés de vidro. Pedi vidro 2mm ele insistiu em colocar de 3 mm. Ok, deixei a caixa. Horas depois me ligam que estaria pronta. Vou buscar ecolocaram um vidro menor, com uma folga bem visível. Aí a funcionária inventou defeitos na minha caixa, me enrola, e queriam que eu esperasse cortar outro. Ou seja, perdi o dia, não daria para levar em outra vidraçaria por causa do horário, fiquei carregando a caixa de um lado para outro pra nada. Aliás, pra me aborrecer, porque os atendimentos são muito chatos, eles são os sabichões. Os sabe tudo ! Não fazem o serviço conforme o cliente precisa, querem eles escolher. Me empurraram um vidro mais espesso e cortaram menor do que deveria. NÃO RECOMENDO DE MODO ALGUM !!! Tem loja melhor e que atende melhor aqui no bairro.
I took a wooden display box to put a glass front. Once there, before seeing the box, the employee insisted that he should put a mirror instead of glass. I asked for 2mm glass and he insisted on putting 3mm. Okay, I left the box. Hours later they call me that it would be ready. I'll get it and they've put in a smaller glass, with a clearly visible gap. Then the employee invented defects in my box, rolled me up, and they wanted me to wait to cut another one. In other words, I lost the day, I couldn't take it to another glass shop because of the time, I was carrying the box around for nothing. By the way, to annoy me, because the appointments are very boring, they are the smart ones. The know everything! They don't do the service the customer needs, they want to choose. They pushed me thicker glass and cut it smaller than it should have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!! There's a better store that serves better here in the neighborhood.
