Liguei para a loja pedindo o orçamento e me passaram, assim que cheguei na loja me passaram um orçamento bem mais alto e com o prazo de entrega maior. Não pediram desculpa pela a informação dada errada pelo telefone e nos tratam como se tivesse fazendo um favor para eles.
Não recomendo, péssimo atendimento!

I called the store asking for the budget and they gave me, as soon as I arrived at the store they gave me a much higher budget and a longer delivery time. They didn't apologize for the wrong information given over the phone and treated us as if we were doing them a favor.
I do not recommend, terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So tenho a elogiar, minha casa tem espelhos de parede, teto de vidro, balcao de vidro, porta de correr em vidro , tudo feito na Sao Pedrinho e entregue no prazo,servico bem feito e ótimo atendimento e preco justo. Recomendo . Como estou vendo muitas reclamações de atendimento(nao foi meu caso) acho que deveriam treinar os funcionários para atenderem corretamente, muitas vezes e apenas falta de treinamento.
I can only praise it, my house has wall mirrors, glass ceilings, glass balconies, sliding glass doors, all made at Sao Pedrinho and delivered on time, well done service and great service and fair price. I recommend . As I am seeing a lot of service complaints (it was not my case) I think they should train employees to attend correctly, many times and just a lack of training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, principalmente da Sra Ivanilde. Antipática e com extrema má vontade em resolver o problema do cliente. E o pior de tudo, acredito que ela seja a proprietária, ou seja, esse é o exemplo que ela passa para seus funcionários. Fuja desse lugar se quiser ser bem atendido.
The service is terrible, especially from Mrs. Ivanilde. Unsympathetic and extremely unwilling to solve the customer's problem. And worst of all, I believe she is the owner, that is, this is the example she sets for her employees. Escape this place if you want to be well attended.

It's been many years being served by them. But like everything after the pandemic, it changed its address and the scope of services! They no longer work with frames only glass.
