Instalaram uma porta de alumínio branca em minha casa cheia de arranhões, descascados, alisantes desencaixados e parte da porta chega está no alumínio bruto a mostra e simplesmente foram embora após executar um serviço porco. A porta não fecha devagar, pois ela trava no arrebite da fechadura. A loja não está nem aí para isso, pois já fui 4 vezes pedir para vir olhar e nunca vieram. A dona da loja não se importa desde que o dinheiro já esteja em sua conta bancária. Se não quer problema com suporte e pós venda, não compre dessa loja. Procure outra.
Terrible After Sales. Bad Installation. I don't indicate.
They installed a white aluminum door in my house full of scratches, peeling, unmatched straighteners and part of the door is in raw aluminum showing and they just left after doing a dirty job. The door does not close slowly as it locks into the keyhole. The store doesn't care about that, as I've been 4 times asking to come and look and they never came. The store owner doesn't care as long as the money is already in her bank account. If you don't want problems with support and after sales, don't buy from this store. Look for another one.
