Esse dia passou e quando entrei em contato mais uma vez, me falaram que a pessoa responsável pelo envio estava de atestado e não havia na clínica ninguém que pudesse fazer esse trabalho. Isso é incompetência! Estou indignada, pois o retorno da minha consulta online foi sem os ditos exames!
The attendance for the exams was great. However, when I needed the exams to be sent by e-mail, they told me that the deadline for sending them was one day. That day passed and when I got in touch again, they told me that the person responsible for sending had a certificate and there was no one at the clinic who could do this work. That's incompetence! I'm outraged, as the return of my online consultation was without said exams!
