Primeiro pedi um sofá que transformava em cama. Me deram o prazo de um mes para a entrega. Completado 1 mes, nada do sofá, falar com o Marcio é sempre uma grande dificuldade, ele nao te responde, não atende e não da satisfaçao. Depois de muita insistencia ele estendeu o prazo pra mais 1 semana.. e depois pra mais uma semana... enfim chegou o sofá. Logo na primiera semana deu problema na catraca. Demoraram uns dias mas foram buscar para consertar, voltou com problema no tecido, voltaram para arrumar. Enfim, no final ele se desculpou e falou que o problema foi as catracas que ele nao estava acostumado a usar e etc. Decidimos dar uma segunda chance e compramos para minha mãe um sofá retratil reclinavel, que é a especialidade dele. Ja faz praticamente 2 meses que foi realizado o pagamento o prazo ja foi estendido diversas vezes sem que ele cumpra a palavra e nem de satisfação ou explicações sobre o atraso, e até agora nada do sofá. Se quer responde as mensagens! Beira a desonestidade mesmo. Estamos agora na luta de solicitar o dinheiro de volta. O primeiro sofá que eu recebi, apesar da grande dificuldade, atraso e problemas, etc... é lindo realmente e o preço é otimo, mas se for seguir em frente se prepare para muita dor de cabeça!!!!!

It's been almost 2 months since the payment was made, the deadline has already been extended several times without him keeping his word or satisfaction or explanations about the delay, and so far, nothing on the sofa. If you want, reply to messages! It borders on dishonesty. We are now in the fight to ask for the money back. The first sofa I received, despite the great difficulty, delay and problems, etc... is really beautiful and the price is great, but if you go ahead be prepared for a lot of headache!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra virtual na sexta feira pelo Instagram aonde estava tendo uma promoção com a seguinte frase "primeiro que chamar leva" chamei o Márcio conversamos e ficou combinado a entrega para a segunda feira! Ele me parabenizou pela compra e como o pagamento séria a vista ele me passou que poderia ser junto com a entrega! Na segunda depois de muito insistência consegui falar com ele e ele me disse que já tinha vendido o sofá para outra pessoa! Eu vendi o meu sofá antigo para liberar espaço e agora estou sem sofá.! Tudo isso por causa de uma PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!!!!

A primeira é o atraso na entrega, uma semana de atraso. Porém o atraso em si não é o maior problema, mas sim a falta de atenção, que inclusive era máxima até execução da venda.
Antes da venda atendiam em dois números, após vender nenhum dos dois atendiam, citando ainda que um era só whatsapp. Estranho, pois antes de venda recebi ligação do número "só whatsapp".
Segundo ponto, paguei 10% a mais pela impermeabilização, sinto dizer que meu estofado não parece ter sido impermeabilizado. A água entra com facilidade e manchas simples, que não deveriam aparecer num sofá impermeabilizado surgem aos montes.
Terceiro, não enviaram nota nem comprovante da minha compra, tenho apenas o comprovante do PIX. Visualizaram minha mensagem pedindo a NF/Recibo no Whatsapp mas nem atenção deram, como disse, atenção mesmo só antes da venda.
Não recomendo.
