★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja fica numa casa. Você só encontra porque tem um segurança sempre muito simpático no portão. Existe uma variedade bastante grande de modelos, mas não vá esperando pechinchas - não mesmo. Há marcas tipo exportação que não são encontradas facilmente no mercado, mas também se pode encontrar marcas como Santa Lolla e Cravo e Canela. As bolsas são maioria Gloss e os modelos não são muito variados. Atendem mais a um estilo senhora. Os vendedores te deixam alucinada: para o vem e para o mal. Eles vão amontoando dezenas de modelos na sua frente (fica até difícil pensar, acho isso incômodo) e vão perguntando se gosta daquele, aquele é mais aquele outro. Vá com foco. Do contrário você vai sair de lá com 6 pares de sapato que nem sabe se gostou ou sem nenhum. Se procura sapatos diferentes, é uma oportunidade. Se procura preço, não é exatamente o lugar, embora nada custe absurdos. Não conheci a parte masculina.
 The store is in a house. You only find it because you have a very friendly security at the gate. There is a fairly large variety of models, but do not go expecting bargains - not really. There are export type brands that are not easily found in the market, but you can also find brands like Santa Lolla and Clove and Cinnamon. The bags are mostly Gloss and the models are not very varied. They serve a lady style. The salesmen leave you amazed: for the coming and for the evil. They are heaping dozens of models in front of you (it's hard to think, I find that uncomfortable) and they ask if you like that one, that's another one. Go with focus. Otherwise you will leave there with 6 pairs of shoes that you do not know if you liked or without any. If you are looking for different shoes, it is an opportunity. If you are looking for price, this is not exactly the place, although nothing fancy is absurd. I did not know the male part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro, esta loja. Já sou cliente há mais de 10 anos. Os preços são bons, apesar de que tinha uma época que só existia 2 preços para todos os sapatos, era mais fácil. Mais vale a pena, os irmãos Bruno , Rodrigo são uns fofos e o meu vendedor Diego super prestativo, ele desmonta a loja pra que você escolha o seu sapato.
I love this store. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Prices are good, although there was a time when there were only 2 prices for all shoes, it was easier. More worth it, the brothers Bruno, Rodrigo are cute and my salesman Diego is very helpful, he dismantles the store so you can choose your shoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Neste sábado 26/6 Comprei quatro pares de sapato. Nesta segunda 28/6 quis trocar um deles pois não gostei. O vendedor alegou que eu usei e tirei a tinta, por isso não trocariam ( aliás o sapato custou 249,99!). Fomos à gerente. Depois de um desgaste pelos meus diretos conforme o Código de defesa do Consumidor, ela resolveu devolver o dinheiro com a “promessa” de que eu nunca mais entraria naquela loja. Além disso à gerente postou em nota no PIX que ela enviou: “Cliente nunca mais!!” Claro que não irei mais… Mas tenho direito ao CUPOM FISCAL que vocês têm obrigação de me fornecer, mas não me deram no ato da compra, dos quatro pares, caso eu precise fazer alguma troca! Nada pessoal! são meus diretos como consumidor!
Bad experience. This Saturday 6/26 I bought four pairs of shoes. This Monday 6/28 I wanted to change one of them because I didn't like it. The seller claimed that I used and removed the paint, so they wouldn't change it (in fact the shoe cost 249.99!). We went to the manager. After an attrition by my rights under the Consumer Protection Code, she decided to return the money with the "promise" that I would never enter that store again. In addition, the manager posted a note on the PIX that she sent: "No more customer!!" Of course I won't go anymore… But I'm entitled to the TAX COUPON that you have an obligation to provide me, but you didn't give me the four pairs at the time of purchase, in case I need to make any exchange! Nothing personal! are my rights as a consumer!
