★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não recomendo a ninguém. Antes de vender promete qualidade e garantia dos seus produtos. Entretanto, depois da venda, não deu garantia e foi muito grosso com minha esposa quando ela tentou resolver um problema com uma farpa gigantesca que tem num tampo da mesa que compramos. Acho que no mínimo, deveria ser mais atencioso no pós venda. Não passem pelo mesmo dissabor que passamos.

Depois que viemos ao publico e reclamamos é que você pede pra ligar para resolver o problema? Infelizmente, depois do áudio que você mandou falando que minha esposa fala "bobagem" e que você não precisa de mais clientes, não queremos sequer contato com você. Achamos que você deveria tratar melhor seus clientes no pós venda. Iremos contratar UM PROFISSIONAL, o qual deveríamos ter feito há muito tempo, para resolver nossos problemas com a mesa.
Fica a dica: por mais que seja difícil pessoal, por experiência própria, olhem qualidade e profissionalismo, não olhem somente preço.

Unfortunately I do not recommend it to anyone. Before selling it promises quality and guarantee of its products. However, after the sale, it gave no guarantee and was very rude to my wife when she tried to solve a problem with a gigantic barb that has on a table top we bought. I think at the very least, you should be more considerate after sales. Do not go through the same unpleasantness as we did.

After we came to the public and complained do you ask to call to solve the problem? Unfortunately, after the audio you sent saying that my wife says "nonsense" and that you don't need any more clients, we don't even want to contact you. We think you should treat your customers better after sales. We will hire a PROFESSIONAL, which we should have done a long time ago, to solve our problems with the table.
Here's the tip: As hard as it is personal, from personal experience, look at quality and professionalism, not just price.
