★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou mais de uma hora pra chegar e veio a pizza errada? e não fomos ressarcidos, eles queriam que agente esperasse mais 20 minutos pra fazer a troca,sendo que o erro foi deles.
It took over an hour to arrive and the wrong pizza came veio and we were not reimbursed, they wanted us to wait another 20 minutes to make the switch, and it was their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Pizza realmente é muito boa, até entregam direitinho só tenho uma observação a fazer para melhorias, deveriam atender os pedidos do Zap com maior rapidez , agente tenta fazer o pedido e tudo e não te respondem ,ficamos naquela dúvida se vai visualizar e concluir o pedido, e as vezes visualizam e não te respondem, te deixam de molho literalmente, acho que deveria ter uma pessoa somente para responder aos pedidos não sei como é a estrutura deles não conheço local. E o ho´rário de entrega é até as 23:00hs, mas quando fazemos o pedido por volta de 22:20hs já falam que não entregam mais.,ai ficamos só na vontade.Estou acrescentando esse episódio porque já aconteceu comigo. Fica a dica para melhorias nesse sentido
