★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fazem 8 meses que eu paguei pelo tanque de granito e estou sem utilizar a área de serviço desde então, porque o produto não foi entregue conforme o combinado. Eles entregaram um tanque 5 cm menor, sendo que o Adriano mediu pessoalmente. Tentei várias vezes resolver e TODAS as vezes que o Adriano marcava, ele confirmava, dizia que estava a caminho e simplesmente não aparecia!!! Já fui atrasada para o trabalho esperando por ele, e nada! Foram dezenas de vezes que ele me fez de idiota. A última aconteceu 1 semana antes do natal de 2018, que ele se comprometeu a ir e qual não foi a minha surpresa ele mandou o aprendiz de pedreiro, que sem experiência nenhuma colocou a pedra de qualquer jeito, e pasmem! Levaram uma pedra MENOR do que a enviada anteriormente, agora a diferença são de 7 cm, deixando a minha área INUTILIZADA, pois é só abrir a torneira para a água vazar chão abaixo. O compromisso dessa Empresa com o cliente é zero! Ganhou 1 estrela pq não tem como registrar sem marcar. Quer ter dor de cabeça? It's been 8 months since I paid for the granite tank and I haven't used the service area since then, because the product was not delivered as agreed. They delivered a tank 5 cm smaller, and Adriano measured it personally. I tried several times to solve it and EVERY time Adriano made an appointment, he confirmed it, said he was on his way and just didn't show up!!! I've already been late for work waiting for him, and nothing! There were dozens of times he made a fool of me. The last one happened 1 week before Christmas 2018, which he promised to go and to my surprise he sent the bricklayer's apprentice, who without any experience placed the stone anyway, and amazed! They took a SMALLER stone than the one sent previously, now the difference is 7 cm, leaving my area UNUSED, because I just open the faucet for water to leak down the floor. This Company's commitment to the customer is zero! Got 1 star because there's no way to register without tagging. Do you want a headache?
