★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente tenho que fazer um excelente elogio a essa empresa, ganhei de presente uma colcha com duas fronhas, uma linda peça, com pouquíssimo tempo de uso vi que estava surgindo bolinhas, fiz uma reclamação ao SAC que prontamente me respondeu e me encaminhou a loja para realizar a troca.
Normalmente em algumas lojas quando a gente diz a vendedora que é uma troca, fazem cara feia, porém a pessoa que nós atendeu (na NF aparece como Saynara S) foi excepcionalmente gentil, nós mostrando opções para a troca, gostamos tanto do atendimento que fora a troca acabamos adquirindo mais um conjunto.
