★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, dia 10/07/17 conhecemos a loja, o meu namorado estava interessado em uma jaqueta da Lost, e um tênis da oakley, os vendedores foram super atenciosos, disse que tinha garantia, que qualquer problema poderia voltar na loja. Compramos apenas a jaqueta, pois o tênis não tinha a numeração, foi cobrado o valor de 500 reais. Ele usou o produto apenas do dia 16/07 e logo em seguida apareceu vários defeitos na peça, voltamos a loja no dia 17/07. O gerente fez pouco caso, se recusou a prestar qualquer tipo de ajuda referente ao problema, se recusou a trocar, ou até mesmo a devolver o dinheiro. Na hora de comprar, era o melhor gerente da vida, agora que deu problema, se tornou a pior pessoa, que se recusa a ajudar a resolver o problema. Nunca mais piso nessa loja, descaso total, pior atendimento! Por ser uma distribuidora oakley, não tem potencial nenhum.
Lousy service, on 10/07/17 we met the store, my boyfriend was interested in a Lost jacket, and an oakley sneaker, the salespeople were super attentive, said he had a guarantee that any problem could come back in the store. We only bought the jacket, as the sneakers did not have the numbering, the amount of 500 reais was charged. He used the product only on 07/16 and soon afterwards there were several defects in the piece, we returned to the store on 07/17. The manager paid little attention, refused to provide any help with the problem, refused to exchange, or even return the money. When it came to buying, he was the best manager in life, now that he has a problem, he has become the worst person, who refuses to help solve the problem. Never again floor in this store, total neglect, worse service! As an oakley distributor, it has no potential.
