Então comprei uma outra bolsa, linda e maravilhosa, porém, as alças largas ficavam escorregando do ombro. Enviei 2 emails ao SAC, que nem sequer se deu ao trabalho de me responder. Tive que pagar um sapateiro para pôr outras alças na bolsa, prejuízo.
