★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro às 08:00 da manhã para serviço simples de manutenção como troca de óleo, combinado para buscar o carro no fim do dia. Retornei as 17:30 e não tinham nem começado a mexer no meu veículo. Não entraram em contato para reprogramar a devolução do veículo. Realmente não recomendo.
 I left the car at 08:00 in the morning for simple maintenance service like oil change, combined to get the car at the end of the day. I returned at 17:30 and had not even begun to tinker with my vehicle. They did not contact us to reschedule the return of the vehicle. I really do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente desde 2013, quando era em outro endereço ainda. O mecânico Valdir é excelente. Não sei o que está acontecendo, mas todas as vezes que levei meu carro para fazer um serviço, tive que voltar mais de uma vez para ajustes e correções posteriores ao primeiro serviço executado, ou seja o mesmo serviço teve de ser feito várias vezes até ficar satisfatório. Da última vez, levei meu carro para alinhar, ele estava sem puxar a direção e volante certo. Sai de lá depois de refazer o serviço 4 vezes, pequei a estrada e o carro foi fritando pneu em curvas feitas a 80km/h e o volante mesmo depois de "acertar" 3 vezes continuou torto. Paguei, para estragar o alinhamento, sem contar as outras vezes em outros serviços. Deixei de ser cliente. Espero que melhorem. Vou procurar outra oficina. Detalhe, eles são honestos em substituir as peças e o preço da mão de obra é bom. Valdir é um excelente mecânico, não sei o que está acontecendo. As peças pela oficina são mais caras do que na Auto Peças. Contrate somente mão de obra.
I've been a customer since 2013, when it was at yet another address. The mechanic Valdir is excellent. I don't know what is happening, but every time I took my car for a service, I had to go back more than once for adjustments and corrections after the first service performed, that is, the same service had to be done several times until it was satisfactory. Last time I took my car to align, it was not pulling the right steering and steering wheel. I got out of there after redoing the service 4 times, I hit the road and the car was frying tire in curves made at 80km/h and the steering wheel even after "getting it right" 3 times remained crooked. I paid, to spoil the alignment, not counting the other times in other services. I stopped being a customer. I hope they get better. I'll look for another workshop. In fact, they are honest in replacing parts and the price of labor is good. Valdir is an excellent mechanic, I don't know what's going on. The parts by the workshop are more expensive than at Auto Parts. Hire only labor.
