★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, não é a primeira vez que faço um pedido neste restaurante do Tepan Salmão mix e vem todo virado aberto vazando dos lados e lacre violado, avisei a atendente. Pedido demorou uma hora pra chegar na minha residência, todo aberto e estourado, ligo no restaurante ninguém atende, só respondem no whatsapp e agora disseram que vai demorar mais uma hora para mandar outro. Nunca mais peço foi a última vez!
 Regrettably, it's not the first time I've placed an order at this restaurant of Tepan Salmão mix and it comes all turned open, leaking from the sides and broken seal, I warned the attendant. Order took an hour to arrive at my residence, all open and bursting, I call the restaurant no one answers, they only answer on whatsapp and now they said it will take another hour to send another one. Never order again was the last time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido e a estimativa de entrega era 50 minutos, porem eles enviaram depois de duas horas falei com a atendente e nem se quer tive um pedido de desculpas, um verdadeiro descaso com cliente sem contar a falta de respeito atendimento péssimo!
Nunca mais irei comprar absorvente nada nesse restaurante.
I placed an order and the delivery estimate was 50 minutes, but they sent it after two hours I spoke to the attendant and I didn't even have an apology, a real disregard for the customer not to mention the lack of respect, terrible service!
I will never buy anything from this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi a primeira vez que atrasou o pedido, hoje tá atrasado 2 horas já .. meu esposo pediu pra entregar no trabalho para trazer pra casa e veio embora depois de 2 horas aguardando. Desrespeito com os clientes, não vamos mais comprar desse restaurante.

Além do enorme atraso e das enrolações no chat do ifood, aconteceu algo grave: a foto do prato Grande (que custa R$ 89) tem duas embalagens porque acompanha risoto. Diferente do normal (custa R$ 69). Foi o que pedi, o grande. O que veio? Uma só. Reclamei e eles dizem que vem tudo junto numa embalagem maior. Não é correto isso. Cuidado! Coisa pra Procon mesmo..
I should have read the complaints sooner. In addition to the huge delay and the fuss in the ifood chat, something serious happened: the photo of the Grande dish (which costs R$ 89) has two packages because it comes with risotto.
