★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Wizard até que estava sendo boa, pois tem bons professores e gostaria muito de continuar, eu já vim de outra unidade por conta da distância, eles só faltam te pescar na rua para você ficar com eles, estou concluindo um módulo e na hora de fazer rematrícula disseram ter o dia da semana e horário que eu fazia, mas passado alguns instantes a moça do atendimento que nem se identificou disse não ter porque só restaram poucos alunos e não dava para manter, me ofereceram outra modalidade e outros horários e dias que pra mim é inviável pela rotina de trabalho, além de outra unidade do mesmo dono bem distante dessa, também não foram nada simpáticos com relação a a ficar ou sair do curso, senti como um tanto faz e me senti um número e não uma pessoa, resolvi me transferir para outra unidade próxima e sinceramente fiquei bem triste e decepcionada, as 03 estrelas é somente por causa da professora Daniela que é a melhor até agora.
My experience with Wizard was actually good, because they have good teachers and I would love to continue, I've come from another unit because of the distance, they just need to catch you on the street so you can stay with them, I'm completing a module and when re-enrolling they said they had the day of the week and the time I used to do it, but after a few moments the girl who didn't even identify herself said she didn't have it because there were only a few students left and I couldn't keep it, they offered me another modality and other schedules. and days that for me are unfeasible because of the work routine, in addition to another unit owned by the same owner, very far from this one, they were not at all friendly about staying or leaving the course, I felt like something and I felt like a number and not a person, I decided to transfer to another unit nearby and honestly I was very sad and disappointed, the 03 stars is only because of teacher Daniela who is the best so far.
