★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O treino é muito bom fiquei treinando lá por duas semanas mas é aprendi muitas coisas sobre a defesa pessoal então pouco tempo, dps tive que parar de treinar por uns problemas pessoais aí, mas é muito legal treinar lá espero um dia retornar
