★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima empresa, funcionários atenciosos sempre que precisei fui bem atendida acho que quem está reclamando é pq não paga ou não liga em pagar seu condomínio em dias, atualmente estão em um novo espaço, bastante acolhedor como disse não tenho do que reclamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheira a estelionato, não efetua a cobrança e cobra judicialmente. Estorção do cliente uma vez que o valor é baixo para você contratar o advogado mas muito além do que está regulamentado. Forçar clientes dispostos a pagar em dia a pagar multas abusivas é no mínimo má fé.
It smells like fraud, does not charge and charges in court. Client's embarrassment since the value is low for you to hire the lawyer but far beyond what is regulated. Forcing customers willing to pay on time to pay abusive fines is bad faith to say the least.
