★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. O pedido demorou mais de 2h30 e chegou depois que foi cancelado pelo Ifood. Comida ruim, fria e para piorar com um fio de cabelo na salada.
 Lousy service. The order took more than 2h30 and arrived after it was canceled by Ifood. Bad, cold and worse food with a hair on the salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O frango assado e de boa qualidade, mas pedi marmitex no ifood infelizmente demorou demais para chegar e quando chegou pedido estava errado, pedi em uma marmita frango e ele veio desfiado (não era Oq dizia na descrição) e na outra pedi com churrasco e veio sem nenhuma carne!! Muito insatisfeito, paguei caro para comer bem mas nn foi Oq aconteceu.
The chicken was roasted and of good quality, but I ordered marmitex at ifood unfortunately it took too long to arrive and when it arrived the order was wrong, I asked for a chicken lunch box and it came shredded (it wasn’t what I said in the description) and in the other I ordered it with barbecue and it came without any meat !! Very dissatisfied, I paid dearly to eat well but nn was Oq happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugarzinho viu, atrasam o pedido, não justificam o atraso, perdi meu horário de almoço inteiro por atraso deles, no meu trabalho não tenho um local para guardar e a comida estragou, joguei meu dinheiro fora, não recomendaria nunca esse lugar, nem para meu pior inimigo, só classifique em uma estrela porque era o mínimo!!!!
What little place you saw, they delay the order, they do not justify the delay, I missed my entire lunch hour due to their delay, at my job I don't have a place to store and the food spoiled, I threw my money away, I would never recommend this place, not even for my worst enemy, just rank in a star because it was the minimum !!!!

Entrega péssima! 1h30min de atraso e até agora não foi entregue e ainda encerraram o pedido sem me entregar sendo que já foi até pago. Meu primeiro pedido nesse restaurante e nunca mais peço de novo. (Foi entregue com 2hs de atraso, depois de ligar várias vezes. Refrigerante totalmente quente e frango sem tempero. Para completar se eu não tivesse esperando na rua o emtregador ia entregar meu Pedido pra outra pessoa. Pois ele nem olhou o número da casa e já foi entregando o pedido. Verdadeira bagunça, desleixo... Atendimento péssimo.) e o endereço nem é longe, eles que são irresponsáveis, pois nem bolsa térmica o moço não tinha para carregar os pedidos. Vários pedidos balançando no braço.

Lousy delivery! 1h30min late and so far has not been delivered and they still closed the order without delivering it and it has already been paid for. My first order at this restaurant and I never order again. (It was delivered 2 hours late, after calling several times. Totally hot soft drink and chicken without seasoning. To top it off, if I hadn't been waiting on the street, the deliveryman would deliver my Order to someone else. He didn't even look at the house number and he was already delivering the order. True mess, sloppiness ... Lousy service.) and the address is not far, they are irresponsible, because the guy didn't even have a thermal bag to carry the orders. Several requests dangling from the arm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demoram para responder no Whatsapp. Para conseguir falar com alguém é uma luta. Estou desde quarta tentando receber o estorno de uma marmita que não foi entregue e não consigo, só sabem enrolar.
Está sendo péssima minha primeira experiência com esse restaurante. Concerteza não voltarei a utilizar os serviços e nem recomendo para ninguém.
Poor service, they take time to respond on Whatsapp. Getting to talk to someone is a struggle. Since Wednesday I've been trying to get a refund on a lunchbox that wasn't delivered and I can't, they just know how to roll it up.
My first experience with this restaurant has been terrible. I'm sure I won't use the services again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Assados & Cia é um restaurante self-service com decoração rústica e ambiente agradável.Culinária tipicamente mineira, no balcão de quentes a comida é servida em panelas de barro, e fogão de lenha. O balcão de frios tem poucas opções. Para o item carnes, podemos escolher entre os guisados e assados servidos no balcão de quentes ou churrasco feito na hora (Se passar das 13h30 costuma não ser na hora).O tempero é bom, o preço é abaixo da média do mercado, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Têm espaço para melhorar.

Assados & Cia is a self-service restaurant with rustic decor and a pleasant atmosphere. Typical Minas cuisine, at the hot counter, food is served in clay pots and a wood stove. The deli counter has few options. For the meat item, we can choose between stews and roasts served at the hot counter or barbecue made to order (If it goes past 1:30 pm, it is usually not time). The seasoning is good, the price is below the market average, but the service leaves something to be desired. They have room to improve.
