★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone de forma alguma , não sei em qual era vocês vivem ,mas as pessoas querem otimizar o seu tempo e não ficar saindo igual barata tonta atrás de produtos , ainda mais com o preço da gasolina , pelo amor de Deus ou melhora esse ramal ou vão perder clientes pela raiva que vc tá fazendo as pessoas passar tenho certeza que não sou eu o único insatisfeito .
Does not answer the phone at all , I do not know what era you live in , but people want to optimize their time and not go out looking like a dizzy cheap after products , especially with the price of gas , for God 's sake or better this one extension or will lose customers because of the anger you're making people go through, I'm sure I'm not the only one dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é muito bom, e as peças tem um valor bem alto, fui compra uma carcaça de válvula do Fiesta e estava 200 e poucos reais, quando fui na Total que é a loja do lado, me venderam a mesma peça por R$95,00 reais.
Agora só compro na "Total Alto Peças" ali sim o atendimento é bom e o preço ótimo, um dia fui tentar ligar e não esperei 1 minuto, na horas eles atenderam.
Espero ter ajudado.
The service is not very good, and the parts are very high, I went to buy a Fiesta valve housing and it was 200 or so reais, when I went to Total, which is the store next door, they sold me the same part for R$95 ,00 reais.
Now I only buy at "Total Alto Peças" there, but the service is good and the price is great, one day I tried to call and didn't wait a minute, they answered.
