â â â â â Como sempre nĂŁo Ă© ruim na sua totalidade mas tambĂ©m estĂĄ longe de ser um Ăłtimo plano. Alguns mĂ©dicos muito bons e atenciosos como a Obstetra que acompanhou minha esposa na gestação, outro nem tanto como uma pediatra que atendeu minha filha ao nascer e nĂŁo digo na questĂŁo de profissionalidade mas sim no trato com as pessoas. As vezes tem alguns mĂ©dicos que esquecem que cuidam de pessoas e que a primeira impressĂŁo Ă© a que fica.
 As always it is not bad in its entirety but it is also far from a great plan. Some very good and attentive doctors such as the Obstetrician who accompanied my wife during pregnancy, another less so as a pediatrician who attended my daughter at birth and I do not say in terms of professionalism but in dealing with people. Sometimes there are some doctors who forget that they care for people and that the first impression is what remains.

â â â â â HorrĂvel. MĂ©dicos mal educados. Apenas de GlĂĄucio, ginecologista Ă© bom profissional. De resto, nĂŁo indico ninguĂ©m. MĂ©dicos mal educados, te atendem em menos de 5 minutos. Te tratam mal e com desrespeito e se vocĂȘ chama a gerente, a mesma te olha com cara de desdĂ©m sem mover um mĂșsculo pra te ajudar. PĂ©ssimo. NĂŁo percam o tempo de vocĂȘs.
Horrible. Poorly educated doctors. Only GlĂĄucio, a gynecologist, is a good professional. For the rest, I don't recommend anyone. Poorly educated doctors see you in less than 5 minutes. They treat you badly and with disrespect and if you call the manager, she will look at you with disdain without moving a muscle to help you. Terrible. Don't waste your time.

Mas hoje infelizmente venho relatar a pior consulta que jĂĄ tive na minha vida com a ginecologista Tereza Cristina Gomes CRM 5238924-3. MĂ©dica super grosseira! Fui coletar o preventivo com ela, e aproveitei para pedir exames de sangue pra ela, e ela disse pra eu ir no clĂnico geral pra pedir, que essa nĂŁo Ă© a especialidade dela. Oi? Que tipo de mĂ©dico Ă© incapaz de solicitar exames de sangue e ainda alegar que nĂŁo Ă© sua ĂĄrea? Vou no ginecologista desde os 15 anos e foi a primeira vez que ouvi isso. Uma mĂĄ vontade horrĂvel. Pra piorar na hora de fazer coletar o papanicolau, ela foi tĂŁo grosseira e sem paciĂȘncia que eu me levantei da cadeira na hora, vesti minha roupa, e fui embora. Nunca fui tĂŁo mal atendida. Atendimento nada humanizado. NĂO INDICO!

â â â â â Fui pessimamente atendido pelo urologista Leandro. Ele nĂŁo me encaminhou para outro mĂ©dico que pudesse pedir uma cirurgia e ainda disse que o Assim Tijuca fazia esse procedimento apenas indo na emergĂȘncia

It gets very busy, but the reception service is good, the collection of exams is super smooth and most doctors are attentive.

Hoje estava cheio com somente 3 guiches para atendimento,a recepcionista me informou que tem 2 pessoas de fĂ©rias e nĂŁo colocaram ninguĂ©m no lugar por isso a demora no atendimento. LamentĂĄvel isso.
There are excellent doctors, however, it takes a long time to make the form at the reception that only God!!! Today it was full with only 3 counters for service, the receptionist informed me that there are 2 people on vacation and they didn't put anyone in their place, so the delay in service. That's unfortunate.
