â â â â â Li vĂĄrias avaliaçÔes negativas sobre a clĂnica e gostaria de entendĂȘ-las. Minhas experiĂȘncias foram espetaculares e vi outras pessoas recebendo um excelente atendimento. A recepção Ă© um pouco confusa e tumultuada; mas, cĂ©lere, funciona. As salas de exames sĂŁo adequadas. Os quartos para polissonografia sĂŁo confortĂĄveis e os tĂ©cnicos que realizam o exame muito gentis. O mĂ©dico neurofisiologista Ă© absurdamente bem educado, culto e experiente, uma raridade. Precisam melhorar em trĂȘs aspectos: 1) o horĂĄrio de entrada para a polissonografia Ă© muito ruim (20:30), pois o exame inicia mesmo bem tarde (23:00) e a preparação Ă© rĂĄpida; 2) Ă© fundamental um chuveiro e hĂĄ como adaptar no local (existem os mĂłdulos elevados, de sobrepiso, para salas comerciais, pois muitos de lĂĄ saem direto para o trabalho; e, 3) o kit de cafĂ© da manhĂŁ poderia ter cafĂ©; pois, uma cafeteira de espresso, com uma cĂĄpsula por cliente, nĂŁo oneraria nada e seria um conforto gigante.
I have read several negative reviews about the clinic and would like to understand them. My experiences were spectacular and I saw other people receiving excellent service. The reception is a bit confusing and crowded; but, fast, it works. Examination rooms are adequate. The polysomnography rooms are comfortable and the exam technicians very kind. The neurophysiologist is absurdly well-educated, cultured, and experienced, a rarity. They need to improve in three ways: 1) Polysomnography entry time is very poor (8:30 pm), because the exam starts very late (11:00 pm) and preparation is fast; 2) a shower is essential and there is how to adapt on site (there are raised modules, overlapping, for commercial rooms, since many of them go straight to work; and 3) the breakfast kit could have coffee; for an espresso maker with one capsule per customer would be nothing and a giant comfort.

â â â â â Neuroclassrio ( unidade Tijuca ) Atendimento pĂ©ssimo ( Dr. Fernando) , antipĂĄtico e descortĂȘs. Realizou exame parcial em somente um lado dos membros superiores ( medico solicitou TODOS ). AusĂȘncia clara de falta de humanidade, pois eu saĂ de NiterĂłi( por indicação, que, foi equivocada) para ser atendido na Tijuca, e o Dr. queria se recusar a realizar o tal exame. ConclusĂŁo: TEMPO PERDIDO EM 02/03/2021 !
Neuroclassrio (Tijuca unit) Lousy service (Dr. Fernando), unsympathetic and impolite. Partial examination was performed on only one side of the upper limbs (doctor requested ALL). Clear absence of lack of humanity, as I left NiterĂłi (by indication, which was mistaken) to be seen in Tijuca, and the Doctor wanted to refuse to perform such an exam. Conclusion: TIME LOST ON 03/02/2021!

â â â â â Fui super bem atendida pelo Dr.Sergio e sua assistente ontem! Realizei uma eletroneuromiografia, estava tensa pq Ă© um pouco incomodo o exame, mas o Dr.Sergio foi fantĂĄstico, muito simpĂĄtico, bem humorados que nem senti o exame!!! Acredito que as opiniĂ”es negativas se referem a um estabelecimento vizinho da Dra Simone que realiza o mesmo exame e Ă© uma grossa!!! Mas qd cheguei percebi que era outro local, recomendo a Neuroclass 1000 vezes! E agradeço a paciĂȘncia que tiveram comigo ontem! ( Barbara)
I was very well attended by Dr. Sergio and his assistant yesterday! I performed an electroneuromyography, I was tense because the exam is a little uncomfortable, but Dr. Sergio was fantastic, very friendly, and in a good mood that I didn't even feel the exam !!! I believe that the negative opinions refer to a neighboring establishment of Dr. Simone who performs the same exam and is a big one !!! But when I arrived I realized it was another place, I recommend Neuroclass 1000 times! And I appreciate the patience you had with me yesterday! ( Barbarian)

Sergio um mĂ©dico maravilhoso, ao final ele mesmo passou meu laudo e mesmo nĂŁo sendo o mĂ©dico que estĂĄ acompanhando meu caso fez questĂŁo de conversar e me tranquilizar.
I did some tests at the Copacabana unit. Excellent service. Wonderful professionals with an excellent humor and a huge affection for the patient. The Doctor. Sergio is a wonderful doctor, at the end he gave me my report and even though he is not the doctor who is following my case, he insisted on talking and reassuring me.
